Bonjour à tous j'espère que le problème de son et pris au sérieux , beaucoup de serveur on ce codecs (ac3) Au jour d'aujourd'hui je n'ai aucune utilité de buzztv5 du au problème de son je passe par une autre application très connu qui marche à la perfection sur cette box C dommage dans arrivé la ! Je vous félicite encore une fois pour tout le travail fourni, on et sur la bonne voie question esthétique et pratique ces réussi bravo nous espérons avoir une réponse rapide pour ce problèmes de codec

Ive been waiting to see if anyone else has this issue but seems like its only me since updating to beta cant get my secundary player to have sound on all channels of my 3 servers i rechecked today again and all 3 do same thing i scroll thru the channels they change fast and picture is amazing, but to get one channel with sound its hard to find one so i leave it on default ever since…i already did a toothpick reset in hope was the box…. but still there…

I got a problem in my 4900. It will turn a little bit dark after it is turned on for 2 seconds. I tried many way, such as restart, change HDMI cable. But it doesn't work. Could you help me?

I did yesterdays d update, love the layout as i had updated a few 4500 and at the time amazing…now on my own 4900 having that look love it I found a few bugs obviously normal for a beta, i find when im in plex watching something and leave from there by goin home or anywhere else on the box the sound of whatever was playin on plex keeps goin until goin to force off the app i see the time shift i tried but couldnt get to work once in a while had an error time shift as i said before i do know its a beta and bugs are normal cant wait for the main update box will be great !!

I have only tried down loading VOD on one of three services and wondering if anyone else has see this. when I try to download VOD 4K I get download failed, but if I download the regular video it downloads no problem. I'll try the other two services then update

Hello All - I just received my XRS4900 and am trying to configure the Buzz LiveTV app with my IPTV service. Under Server Settings I have added my custom M3U playlist URL and XML EPG URL. The EPG appears to loading correctly as well as my playlists, channels & categories; however, the streams never start & I just continuously receive a "Stream is not available. Please Try Again Later" message at the bottom of every channel. I plugged my firestick in that runs my TiviMate App with the same custom M3U playlist URL and XML EPG URL and all streams work correctly. Any help with the correct configuration would be greatly appreciated.

I have a HHD Drive in a Laptop can it be formatted and use in the Buzz 4900 or the drive have to be SSD in order for it to work?

I have one of the original 4900's from last spring and just recently bought another. They have different software versions and I wanted to know if the older box will be updated to the November release. Thanks.

Mr.NBS can you please give me a tutoring of how you format your hard drive into your Buzz 4900 box how do you format the drive please tell me how to do it I have someone format a drive for me on a computer to ntfs and when i put it into the 4900 under storage it is showing me new volume is safely ejected and i cannot access the drive so can NBS or anyone else tell me how can i use the 4900 box to format the drive .

How do I get closed caption on my XRS4900. I get closed caption from Netflix and Prime but trying to get closed caption for live tv and VOD. Help would be much appreciated.

I have many boxes testing wise and other stuff going on.. if your box slow or hanging up Clearing your cache in your apps !! Helps improve speed performance.. Buzz4 or Buzz5 apps !!! or other apps wow what a difference on some boxes

When scrolling through both channels and categories the topics will start moving so fast you cannot read them! It is as if the remote button is stuck ( it isn't) . When this happens I cannot stop it, it will stop on it's own. I tried a remote from 4500 and it does the same thing. Also when I try to shut down, I press and hold the off button till I get the box in the right hand corner, then press shutdown. The question on the screen will ask if I want to be "safe mode". This will happen a couple of times till it shuts down. Any input regarding these two issues would be appreciated. Thank you

I really dislike having to come back here and ask questions about the performance of this unit since I got it but here I am again. So after the power cord died and I git the unit back, all seemed fine until a few days ago and it progressively has gotten worse. first started with live channels freezing, then buffering for 10-20 sec, then playing ok for up to a minute, sometimes 2 sec etc etc. Switched to the secondary player and saw improvement in pic quality but the freezing/buffering issue would not go away. Days later I type this and the device is simply unwatchable with it being frozen the whole time I typed this paragraph Rebooted, cleared cache, etc and no…

What is the correct method to add an SSD to the 4900? Do you format it as internal or external storage? I'd love a breakdown of the correct procedure if possible, thx.

Today I brought it to a local IPTV dealer to install the stream channels on mine device XRS4900. The device starts but it is stuck in the boot mode with the BuzzTV logo for several hours without any progress. It won't install all things and go to the menu. Could someone please help me to solve the issue.

I keep getting a pop up stating that either the google play store is not responding or has stopped working. Any idea why?

New user, like the 4900 so far but my EPG is simply not loading information. Out of 350 channels saved as favs I might get one out of 20 channels that give me any EPG info, and at most for a day ahead, usually only a couple hours at best. Constantly "loading" or "no info" . Have cleared cache, cleared EPG, toggled fast load on, rebooted the box, and it doesn't fix the issue. MAC address server. Help?
