I Haven’t used my xrs4900 for a while but just recently used it again. It updated the iptv app and I got the error portal not supported? Tivimate works perfect I also tried another provider and got the same message.

any help on this?

I recently reset it back to factory default... and just using Kodi with the device...

I installed Kodi on this device but getting this error when installing an add-on "The dependency on script.module.dateutil version 0.0.0 could not be satisfied" 

Do you think because it's on an older version of android?

It installs with my buzztv powerstation P6 perfectly.

Just wondering if anyone knows why I'm getting this error and how to fix it?

Notificatios (Status bar) are not availble on this box. Is there any chance for an update for this or any other way to obtain working notifications, alternatively could a third party firmware be installed and how to do this. Thanks

I sometimes use my XRS4900 with the Steam Link app to play games on my tv, but I’ve been stuck using a wired connection because the box fails to pair, despite recognizing the device.

is there any solution, or a planned update to fix this?

I turned my box on this morning and the location didn't appear in the top right hand corner, how would I get it back?

I'm very much aware that on this forum, with good reason, we do not mention services. However, is there a way of getting around this? Over the last year or so, I have noticed people blaming the box, or app for their (poor/ failing) service. Would it not be beneficial to discreetly, advise people what service works best with the box, (I know all do), but that's the best I can articulate it!

Nothing loads on the page above or below the one I am on.  I have left the guide on for an hour   and it does not

load information on any more pages only the page I am on. 

I did a factory reset just in case I messed things up somewhere when exploring settings.

Same provider for years, same subscription as used on the 3900 which took about 15 minutes to load all the channels. 

There had been some glitches at times but usually works.

Does everybody else have there guide load quickly?
