I have only tried down loading VOD on one of three services and wondering if anyone else has see this.

when I try to download VOD 4K I get download failed, but if I download the regular video it downloads no problem.

I'll try the other two services then update

    what is exact message with the 4k movie?

    Yeah dishuser it seams to be hit and miss 

    Tried two other servers got one 4k video to download on each server

    Went back to first server got one 4k video to download that wouldn't before
