Is the update going to stay in beta?

My buzz TV 4900 is recording but when I go to play it back it just says stream unavailable right now? Anybody know why this is happening? Thank you for the help.

I believe an update is suppose or was suppose to be released since December 2021 for the Buzz 4900. Could someone please send me the latest firmware update for 4900 to update my box because alot of people are receiving the updates through pm's and it is not fair to the other purchasers. Why are the updates being held back. They told me when i purchased the box that there will be Plenty of updates and I only received 1 update that was when i first purchased it March/April 2021. Please send me the update through pm. Thanks.

Trying to connect new server and xrs4900 will not connect. Have confirmed mac address and url for portal are correct, but still will not connect. Suggestions?

I will be watching a channel for a few then my audio will cut out but video is fine, I can fix it by changing channel then come back?

Guys i find last days when i go on epg i get none like on my first picture but once i do 1 simple hit to the right it shows populate but 3 days off, how is that ? My second picture shows what i mean, weird…i cleared cache…fast epg on …off….cleares epg and all seems to be same result

since update 653 on Xrs 4900 I noticed when on epg guide I scroll one at a time and it will start moving so fast you cannot read them! The remote button is not stuck. When this happens I cannot stop it, it will stop on it's own. Everything else is working great

Will or can Android versions be updated via Ota on this XRS49000? Currently on android 9.

hey guys, i got this service that claimed timeshift on all channels of a certain package, i never bothered but now that service has it i cant use it ! I tried it on an old mag and its there now when on buzz i get error. “Stream not availqble try again later” should i add a usb as it storage ? like how did u guys do it to work ?

Hi guys, I think I know the answer to this, but here goes... If I set up a Future Recording, and there is no EPG, will the XRS 4900 still record it? I have Channel, Start Time End Time, every thing set up. The show plays, just No EPG is in the Guide. This is a Server Issue correct? Thank for the support. Mark7

Hello ,I have a problem with my buzztv4900 stb. Channels are showing no info available,When I did the first setup.The epg was ok but now I lost it How I can enable it again?

I do know its a beta but its always good to bring a feedback … Since the update i find that secundary player wich i love its video quality has sound in about 75% of my channels, i use 3 servers and happens on all 3, making have to use default player … One more bug i found is favourites doesnt move to be user setup, on home u can move to ur like but on folders u hit SORT u donr have sort user as before, i hit organize and move them next i check and they didnt get moved.. So…i did a toothpick reset and have only the 3 servers on hope that maybe an app was causing issues but no, box just with 3 servers now still acting same way… one bug it had before i ha…

I currently have to use the remote for now for everything. Within the last day the arrow keys only move the on screen arrow one 'space' per click. Continuing to hold the arrow button does repeat the command to move the screen arrow but the screen arrow does not move. This is effectively crippling much of the 4900's usefulness. I can no longer easily use the Web browser since it would take too long to move one click at a time just to reach the address line. Is there a setting somewhere that controls this?

Hi guys, was just wondering if there is a feature in the Buzz5 beta where I can catogarize the favorites on the home page onto different strips, as an example, one line can have all my "News" favorites, and the next line can be all "Sports" instead of having all the favorites mixed on the one line, thank you

How do I record videos that are just files? There are some things I would like to record (not copywrited stuff like movies or TV shows) that are not from a streaming service. I have tried (like the Rec and PVR buttons) but nothing happens. Any ideas?

Is there an actual 4900 user manual? I am not refering to the 6 page so-called "User Manual", which is just a quick setup guide. There is a lot of functionality in the 4900 that there should be a manual for. Ex. MAC + in Server Settings? (I don't think it is a MAC address, which is the unique hardware ID number of each ethernet port ever built. Or maybe it is.).

Hi all, upgraded my buzz4900 box to the Buzztv5 beta, and was wondering if anyone could help with a quirk I come across, I scheduled a live program to record using my EPG, and during the scheduled time for the recording, I was viewing a show I had previously recored on the previous day, and then when going back to live viewing, I noticed the other program had not recorded, is there a known bug for this issue, or is there anything that has to be fixed? And would also like to know if the beta software will be getting the "Picture in Picture" feature for two seperate channels. thanks in advance.
