My buzz TV 4900 is recording but when I go to play it back it just says stream unavailable right now? Anybody know why this is happening? Thank you for the help.

Have you tried the other media player?

What other media player?

Menu settings configuration video player

I can't find that settings. I don't understand because this used to work great.

While tv is on full screen hit the menu button on remote then settings ,config ,video player

I did that before and all it says is video player and under it it says live TV. Which I can switch to the default or secondary. Under that it says VOD + TV series and buffet time. 

There is nothing that says configure video player.

you have to press ok button when vod+ is hilighted

Did what you said and still don't work. Makes no sense. The reason why I wanted this box was to record. I appreciate all your help. Thanks.

The box does record Maybe a settings issue

Are there any icons/thumbnails showing what you recorded?

If not, I think you have a permissions issue with storage

When on the Home Screen
Go to Settings
Scroll down to Apps
Select see all apps
Find Buzz 5
Click on Permissions
Make sure Storage is turned ON

 

Turn it ON
When you reopen PVR
Your thumbnails should appear now, and your recordings should be able to be played back.

Allaboutbuzz  just did exactly what you said storage was on. So I shut it off and turned it back on and follow the rest of your instructions. Still no results. Thanks for trying.

what app version + firmware version are you using?
