XRS4900

Fired up the xrs4900 today and a new update installed. I must have it set on auto-update as it installed automatically. Update went well. Seems it was just a small one with a couple changes only.

And how do I use the Sata drive to set up record and play back step by step

Ok I am kinda at my wits end. On a daily basis and multiple times a day I can be watching a show and it will out of no where freeze and start to load again. It then goes to a black screen with the loading circle in the middle. I will change the channel and go back to it to see it will correct itself. Sometimes it does most of the times it doesn’t then the other channels won’t load. I end up rebooting the system to try and correct. I have to do this on a daily basis multiple times a day. It’s so frustrating. Any assistance would be great. Thanks

after the last update for the 4900 version 727 when i am watching live tv and change the channels a couple of times the loading spinning circle stays on the screen and keeps spinning evening when the channel is playing and no matter how many channels you change to they all play and the spinning circle stays on the screen right through the only way to get it off is to unplug the box and as soon as you start to change channels again there comes the spinning circle constantly stays on the screen this is a bug in the 727 update.

Hello, I am new here, first of all my English is not so good sorj for that. I have issues white the sound, i dont have any sound on live tv but on vod or tv series i have sound. I already go to the provider from the server i have. He looked and doesnt find it.. al other costumers have no isseu I need some help Buzz tv Xrp4900

my xrs4900 is stuck in reboot mode, i can't get into menu nor the settings it just keeps rebooting over and over... any suggestions as to fix this issue? Thanks for any Help

hi, while I was watching a soccer game I decide to record it,then after a couple of minute buzztv 5 stopped working then the message came up : close the app,or cancel I think this could be a bug with the buzztv5,because some times I got the recording perfect ,and some times only partially recording. Tout va bien jusqu'à ce que j'effectue la mise à jour 5.0.720 depuis là, impossible de me connecter au serveur et voir les chaines. J'ai ensuite fait la mise à jour avec 5.0.721,722,723 Et là, j'arrive à voir mes chaines, la VOD c'est ok aussi, mais impossible de regarder une série TV, j'ai la jaquette de la série qui s'affiche et la description mais impossible de voir le nombre de saison et par la même occasion de cliquer sur la saison pour voir les épisodes. I have had my XRS4900 for a while now but have never been able to get Live TV, VOD, or REC to work. I don't think I know how to setup the Server settings. On the MAC Server, I've tried typing in my Server ID # starting with 00:1A...... in the portal URL after the Http:// and I get "Invalid server URL". What am I doing wrong. I thought the Live TV came with the 4900 but I could only get a subscription IPTV to work a M3U Server. Any thoughts would be appreciated.....

Hi guys, since the last update, my XRS4900 has been shutting off for no reason, No picture, no control. The only way I can get it to restart is to push the Main power button, and it restarts. Is anyone else having this same problem? Thank you for the support. Mark7

How do I get a replacement remote for the 4900?

When recording on a 4900 i notice that i cannot pause the recording and release and start recording i have to stop the recording for example if i am recording a Soccer game when it's half time it cannot pause and then record the second half i have to stop it and record each half separate, and another question when you record a program can you re edit it and type the name of the program you recorded?

So after a few months with my original provider, I began looking for some possible better alternatives. My current provider uses a mac address setup and I'm testing a well known provider via xc api. The quality and options are much better on this new provider except for one nagging issue and that seems to be irregular buffering with my nordlynx VPN engaged. My Speed is tested at 80mbps and I had next to no issues with my old original provider once I got the app set up on the box. I did a force stop and delete cache on the Buzz5 app and restarted the box but that didn't fix much. When I pause the VPN, no buffering happens, but that's not a suitable fix The bufferi…

Hi guys, I set up the Daily Recording for 10:00 pm for 30 minutes. All I got was 27 seconds of recording for this segment. XRS 4900 was left ON for this, and left ON the channel. Any help would be apricated. Thank you, Mark7
