You have to hold pin in then plug power in and hold until android screen comes up

Just a FYI that box will boot into live tv from shutdown too

I have no issues with epg on classic Pm allaboutbuzz with all your info and he can see if there is an issue

Because you are using two streams if you watch a channel while recording That is why you can't watch another channel You can go and use an app netflix YouTube etc You havnt posted any info on how you set up recording

I know they said refresh but I do believe clearing epg is different

Have you cleared epg in menu? If no go pm allaboutbuzz with all your info

If subtitles are not embedded in the stream you won't get them period
