Reboot your modem?

Back up your settings and favourites to usb and clear data. If that doesnt work you'll have to reset box When you reset box you'll have to wait till buzz 5 sw to restore your settings.

Have you cleared cache?

Just hit the info button Hit it again to go back to guide Info is also at top

What model do you have?

Go into settings and change epg source

This happened to me with one server a few times but hasn't happened in a while

If your boxes are on buzz 4 they are not up to date

You using mac or xc api? Is your server very stable? If it isn't any interruption will stop the recording. Can you record what you are watching?

Sounds like a server issue to me What shows when you press green button? What does audio show?
