You did misunderstand Buzz 5 has always been functional Where the misunderstanding might have come from is there was talk of buzz 6 becoming available after it was released but buzz 5 has always worked

No there isn't This shows it should be an issue which buzz should be able to fix Please report the issue to buzz providing all your detailed info.

Nothing has changed on the buzz 6 so its likely another issue Buzz 5 is installed on the p6 already so all you need to do is enter your credentials in the buzz 5 app What message are you getting when you try to connect?

I have not heard of this issue in the testing group or experienced it myself at all What is your battery strength?

Its older with less features Try using it and if you have no issues i would bring the issue up with buzz I never use buzz 5 anymore except to test it.

Do you also use the same model router? Wired the same? Have you ever taken your box to you bil place to see if issue follows the box? As you said his works fine so its obviously not a worst piece of tech!
