September 23Sep 23 Unfortunately this device has the same problems that any device manufactured by SEI ROBOTICS has, it is really disappointing that they have not yet repaired the bugs that the tv box presents when the volume is raised or lowered in the Netflix, Disney, Prime and YouTube applications. The only way to get around these bugs is to make the device not work with the mode where the remote control turns off and on both the tv box and the TV, or to make the remote control lower and raise the volume only of the tv box itself and not of the TV. On top of that, it has problems with the frame rate, and I had to force Prime and Disney to work at 60Hz. This device has been a headache for me. To make it work well I have had to resort to many tricks. This situation is exhausting.
September 23Sep 23 Every one of your 11 posts so far have been to bash and complain about the fact that this box is manufactured by SEI ROBOTICS. You seem to have some beef with them obviously and your setup, or yourself, are not compatible with it. You should have returned the box as soon as you got it if you have such a dislike for SEI. I have ZERO issues with my box (and many others are in the same boat) that would require any firmware update. Works as expected and I don't try to control my whole home with a single box. Turning on and controlling boxes/TVs with CEC is something I turn off even on other boxes. Every vendor implements it slightly differently, and every one of them has some sort of odd behaviors which can be annoying. Turn it off, and just turn your TV on before you sit down to use your box and you will have less of a risk of a heart attack. No point on harping on it over and over and over. You fix it for one person and it will break something for someone else, since no one has all the exact same combination of peripherals. Keep it simple and you'll be happy.
September 24Sep 24 Plus we would have to go look at his other post to know what device he is talking about..lol

And you can just program the remote buttons for what you want to do in settings.
