Can I use a vpn with the buzz boxs I have 2 boxs .my IPTV sub. now requires me to get a vpn if allowed which is best for this box

I have 2.4 wireless and 5 wired will these boxs work with both I had problems with the 5k and had to get the 2.4 k line install after that it worked good but it is only wireless. I had the Bell installed and had problems I only had the 5 k at this time I could not hook up my security cameras as they were 2.4 only so I contacted Bell and they installed the 2.4 for me . Connected cameras ok and my boxs (2) are working ok on the 2.4 So just wondering if these work on the 5

Should I be shutting down my box when not in use or leave it off .

Live tv. Video freezes after 20 seconds. Audio still plays. Up or down channel then back video will play for 20 seconds and freezes again. Unplug and plug back in does not fix the problem. Cleared all caches I could find, no change. Hard wired. Cloned the mac to my 3900 It plays with no problem. Both hooked up to the same tv same channel at the same time. Swap hdmi ports makes any difference. I would do a reset but I do not know how to save my kodi favorites. (would be a royal pita to enter every thing again) My u5 died just after the warranty ran out, this one is getting close to the end of warranty. Version 5.0947 Suggestions?

When I try and record on my SS box I set it up to record and then shut off the TV the recorder also shuts down Why ?

Why do I have to keep unplugging my network cable from my X5? I have to unplug it and then plug it back in for it to work again. Its getting really annoying.

I have the x5ss, but I think this a general question. I have 2 iptv subs. Some channels on one will have guide info while on the other it will not have any info for the same channel. Is there a generic epg that can be added that maybe fill in the blank spots? If so what program and how would you add it. Thanks Lee

Hi everyone I dont record much, but later today I want to. I select the channel, and put the show on, hit the red button and a grey message appears Task 'CHANNEL' [SHOW] has been added it shows up in my scheduled menu under PVR, but not recordings. I have tried setting a manual recording as well, nothing happens. A red symbol shows up in the guide that I am recording- I think? I have searched high and low for a similar thread, but nothing. Theres a setting somewhere I need to change.... Please help!

I bought this unit about 3 or 4 weeks ago. From the beginning it said YouTube is not supported on this device. I've seen a lot of other models with the same issues and perhaps they're being fixed perhaps or not. But I would like an update on this particular model when this will be fixed. We phoned in gave them our Mac address. Told him about the issue. We're told they'd get back to us and we've heard crickets. We were going to return it and support convinced us that this would be a non-issue. BTY I also have a classic and it works just fine.

The BT 500 is perfect but can't control volume on X5 SS and it won't pair to TV. Any suggestions where to look? I use BT 500 on other X5 without no trouble

Can't reboot after updating

Does anyone know why Netflix starts and then does nothing. Second box because I deleted Netflix and couldnt reinstall or find the app that is compatible. The fire stick plays Netflix how come no android boxes can't? So Netflix just starts and does nothing. Stuck on "get started" and the remote can't change anything. I got this because I thought it might rival the Nvidea Shield which I do have one of these also. But not a good start on this guy.

I get a lot of buffering on my buzz box using my IPTV service but when I use my IPTV service with a different player it is just fine. So the problem must be with my buzz box. It is up to date and I clear out all the caches

I have 2 buzz boxes B5 and the Super Sport When I start the B5 I aways have to select the buzz app to first to connect up But the SS when I start it goes directly to load portal in fact I dont even see the buzz app on my box I know it there because the box loads up and works is it because of the diff updates . just wondering

The server using Xc aci settings has now failed completely. It comes up with. Portal not supported, try again. Has been working for 3 months. I can get it to go if I use m3u setup but have no EPG when you go to guide it says loading. Any clues?

I have buffering on my buzz ss box I tried everything that I can thing of with a lot of help here and I thank everyone who helped. I have started to think that it may be my sub, I have 2 different ones but they both use the same system to operate so if I have problems with one its the same for both. so actually, I have only 1 , I also have diff boxs and they all buffer. So my question is where is the better places to buy a subscription Do you go by price or how do you pick there are many I only pay $100 for 4 years to each sub I cannot complain about the price but the buffering is not nice sometimes I cannot even watch a show its bad and other times it works 4 hours or so…
