X5 Super Sport

Anyone having freezing problems I have tried everything I did factory reset the other day it worked great for two days now back to freezing about every 5-10 minutes .I have 2 suppliers and both freeze I also have a T2 box which is about 5 years old and it freezes also but not like the SS maybe once in a while So its not the internet Its hard wired cat 6 wire,I tried diff. players,using Mac servers,clear cashe,re set everythig the only thing that helped was the factory reset, Need help

My box constantly re boots sometimes several times a day. Tech support after 2 weeks haven’t really helped in any meaningful way. Happens on different tv’s at different times of the day. I have several X5’s of differing models and only this ones acting up,,right from the day I got it last fall.

Have tried unplugging for a day. Plugged in loading for an hour. Doesn't get past Supersport logo? Where is the reset button? How do I get past this?

Hey all, Just got the latest X5-SS box and connected it to my new TCL 98Q672 TV. This is plugged in directly into the TV with the supplied HDMI cable. My Onkyo receiver is eARC connected. I have AppleTV also hardwired into the other HDMI port on the back of the TV. Everything is connected via Ethernet (no WiFi). At boot up, I paired the BT-400 remote and continued with the necessary updates. All went ok as expected. But at boot up, I only get 720P resolution. Tried rebooting, unplugging and re-plugging, tried the 3 different HDMI ports on the TV and also tried another HDMI 2.1 cable for kicks but nothing seems to work. I took the same X5-SS box and con…

I just bought a X5 SS and to be honest I'm not very impressed. I have two other android boxes, an Nvidia Shield and a Humax freeview android box. On both these boxes I have TiVimate installed and it works perfectly, I can even record on the shield but the lack of space means I can't record much. I bought the X5 SS primarily for the abilty to record with more disk space, however I find I am unable to record anything at all. I did wonder if it is because I only have 1 connection on my sub and maybe BuzzTV doesn't like that, so I installed TiVimate on the X5 SS and set it up as I have on my shield but that will not record either. Hi Folks I just got this X5SS, connected to internet with LAN. (i did try wifi) same results I have an IPTV sub that I have been using for years. It plays the VOD/TV Series flawlessly using the Primary video player. Very nice picture, everything is quick. However, Live TV plays for 1 minute max before it freezes using the primary video player. the only way to get it going again is to close the buzztv 5 app then re-open it Live TV plays for 5 to 10 minutes before it freezes using the backup video player. If I go up 1 channel then back down 1 channel the video comes back on for 5-10 mins then freezes again. I have been using a buzztv xpl3000…

I'm trying to install fubo-iptv via m3u on my BuzzTV X5 SS and continuously receive the following error: Cannot load Portal: failed to allocate a 40 byte allocation with 153360 free bytes and 149 KB until OOM, target footprint 268435456, growth limit 268435456; giving up.... I have tried a hard restart on the system and and a factory reset but am still getting the same response. The m3u connection string works on my other devices. Am I missing something or is there something that I can do to make this system work with fubo-iptv?

I am wanting to record audio only. (music channel live tv) Am I out to lunch on this? I have only stuck a toothpick in there before and don't want to screw things up. Can I use the av port on the box? What type of 1/8 male plug is required? (tip & sleeve, tip & (# of) rings & sleeve) What is the type of output is it, (analogue, digital of some sort)? Would be recording to a mini computer.

How do I enable HDMI passthrough on my X5 SS to my LG G4 OLED TV? Can't find the settings under CEC or Display &Sound. Have wired connection to 1 GiG speed and a 2.1 HDMI cable to TV. Thanks for your help.

Tv is older sony xbr 65x900e. Any buzz boxe that I have used in the past 2000, 3000, 3900, 4900, U5 (until it died) were all plug and play with the remotes adjusting tv volume. With the buzz box volume set to high. Did not have to do any setting adjustments on tv or the buzz box. X5 ss just received. Decided to pair bt-400 and it works fine adjusts tv volume, except will not turn on or off the tv, no big deal. This remote lives in the kitchen and is used when we have our evening meal and is used to change news channels. Tried to get a second bt-400 to work. It will not work tv volume. It will not work any volume unless the force max volume is turned off then…

Hello, I am new to the forum. I have question regarding my BuzzTV Supersport; after setting up a recording(s) when I enter the PVR icon there are no recordings. No EPG Available. Return to view the recording and select PVR there is nothing there, only a message “No EPG Available”. Any assistance in this matter would be much appreciated. Thank You Pat

unable to use navigation keys on Netflix app. so when launch Netflix app it does not let me sign in or go up or down with any keys on both remote controls except mouse courser.
