For the last several weeks, my Buzz TV5 64 AI box displays "Unknown Stream Error" while playing Live TV at random and when I switch on the TV for the first time virtually every day. I cannot get any feed until I restart the Box. Additionally, there are also some VOD movies that don't play and display the same "unknown stream error" message but my other non-Buzz boxes have no such problems playing the same VOD movies. I have verified that my internet connection to the box is quite good when this issue happens. I have the latest firmware installed (see pic). Any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

Hello all, We have a "premium" service subscription, which offers VOD movies and TV Series. Lately TV Series episodes have become unwatchable. The video/sound will freeze, then resume. But the time it's frozen can be a few seconds to several minutes, and a few seconds later it will freeze again. I'm thinking it may be the service that's having issues. But is it possible it's the app? Is there anything I can try (e.g. settings/option), to reduce this issue? Thanks in advance!

Receive new box (Classic). Plug power source in. Red light shows in front of box. I am unable to power on the box from either the remote or the power button on the side. I've tried a long press both on the remote and the box itself but only the red light shows in the front. I've also tried a hard factory reset at which point the BuzzTV logo comes up but just keeps flashing on and off. Bottom line is I can't get the box to power on. Has anyone come across this or do I just have a DUD!

My E5 box always spends 3-4 min "loading channels" when starting iptv (Live TV app). I thought it should happen the very first time after powering the E5 box up but it's every time the app starts. Is this normal and is there a setting to perform loading less frequently.

Had to do a factory reset on my Classic (V20251127, 5.0.967). I did a full backup then factory reset. Once BuzzTV5 (967) was up and running I ran the restore, but none of the TV or VOD favourites were restored! I checked the backup file and they are all listed in the yaml file. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Hello sir; I like very much my BuzzTv XRS 4500, but I also have a Formuler device and on that one I do have the capabilities to have a picture in picture available if the provider offer that option and since I have those 2 IPTV Boxes with the same subscription I'd like to know if it is possible to add that feature in your BuzzTv models via firmware updates in the future or on one of your BuzzTv device whether on Buzz 5 or Buzz 6 applications... Hi :) Are you able to make it so we can dial down the font a bit inside the Live TV app or scale the whole screen a bit smaller? Trying to read some TV channels is hard, like the channel is "Cat Sports 3 FHD" But all I can see on the app is "Cat Spor...." because it's too long and the font is too big? Thanks!

Wanted to add another MAC server via the web method interface, but when I press the Info button in servers, it says "unable to generate QR code". After a minute or so message changes to "Disconnecting from server... Reconnecting" but nothing happens. The add server via IP method still works. Not sure what's happened here. Running Classic 5, FW 20251127, IPTV 5.0.965.

Not sure why but BuzzTV loads but when the channels come on the screen is black with no sound? Do I have a setting issue?
