  1. Working now, thank you!
  2. I'm using the Classic (actually I have 2), and my friend has the Classic Anniversary edition. I used it a couple of weeks ago.
  3. Not using a VPN. Checked with a friend across town and he has the same issue.
  4. Wanted to add another MAC server via the web method interface, but when I press the Info button in servers, it says "unable to generate QR code". After a minute or so message changes to "Disconnecting from server... Reconnecting" but nothing happens. The add server via IP method still works. Not sure what's happened here. Running Classic 5, FW 20251127, IPTV 5.0.965.
  5. Thanks all, I didn't realize the "info" button worked for this!
  6. Version 5.0.954, FW 20240927.
  7. I was checking my server settings, but I don't see any QR code. I can log in via my browser and add a new server, but there's no ability to edit existing ones. Am I missing something?
  8. Thanks, I'll give that a try. Never liked Chrome on the box as I can never get the keyboard to work when I use it (the curser scrolls up, down and only to the left, not to the right).
  9. Unfortunately I've also had some problems with Playstore lately on my Classic. The first was not being able to sign in at all, and discovered that the culprit in this case was a Play Services update from Aptoide. Once I uninstalled that update things were OK. That was a couple of months ago. Over the last couple of weeks when I try to sign in to Playstore, the screen goes black! I have to hit the back button, clear the Playstore cache, then it's good to go again. That's happened to me twice. What's causing this, don't know, but I'm just putting it out there for info. Just a note, I do use Playstore for some apps, but I always delete the account when I'm finished. However that only deletes the account on the box; you also need to login to your Google account to actually sign out of the account on the box. Now, all auto-updates are always turned off. Inconvenient, but it's a work around for now.
  10. I had this issue about six weeks ago. I traced the problem down to the last Play Services update. If you uninstall the update login to accounts will work again. However if you have Play Store auto update on (or use Aptoid update) eventually Play Services updates itself and the login will fail again. For now I've turned off auto update, and hopefully Google will get this fixed.
  11. No issues here. Updated on my Classic, channel up / down, manual entry or from guide channel change is instant! Using MAC server.
  12. Forgot to update this, Ryu was correct in that you need to adjust the resolution down on the box before doing a hard reset in order for the recovery screen size to be correct. This is different from my old 4500's on Android 9, but no big deal. Thanks everyone.
  13. A soft reset will wipe the box to factory condition, but it doesn't involve the Android recovery like a hard reset would. That's where I found this problem. I haven't tried changing the aspect ratio / screen size in the BuzzTV app, as I would assume that the Android recovery screen video output would be different from the app. Never experienced this on my 4500's, so I'm curious why this has happened.
  14. I had to boot to recovery on my Classic (fw 20240927, BuzzTV 5.0.940), and the screen is split in half (aspect is way off). Thought I read about this somewhere but I can't find any info. Can anyone offer any suggestions?
  15. I didn't know about that, thanks for sharing it!
