**NEW** Buzz 5 App Update - V973 - Android 9,11 and 13

Featured Replies

Hello,

We were watching a Canadian sports network on our subscription, when BuzzTV wanted us to update (v 973). So we did, and now no Canadian channels will load (you get a black screen). 24/7 channels and (most?) US channels work fine, but we can't get any Canadian channels to work. This worked fine until the update. We tried rebooting, clearing cache, reconnecting to server, nothing seems to work.

Can anyone help?

Thanks in advance!

... and also tried MAC clear. Still can't view Canadian channels. And it seems not all US channels are working after all.

No issues here.  Both of the 2 main services, I have, still work perfectly fine.

Have you tried turning on a VPN ?  Many ISP are blocking certain CDN networks used by IPTV services.  And lately they seem to start around the time that local hockey games or other sporting events are starting to air.

If you don't have any paid VPN service, you can always download and install Proton VPN.  And you can create a free account, which works relatively well.
