Trying to pair AirPods with Classic AI (running up to date firmware). Pairing process looks to start but then fails indicating the process is looking for a PIN to be entered.

All a sudden my if box is left on for a while I will freeze on the screen it's on and then I have to unplug the box and plug it back on

All a sudden the wifi goes on and off by itself I tried a hard reset and it still does it

Since the new update I have subtitles showing up on lots of channels in live tv I cannot find hoe to turn them off Before use to press left arrow and it showed options for it but no longer there Thank you so much for your time

I am not sure if it is the box or the provider, this is my second box the other is classic anniversary, but the AI while going through the channels one at a time it will jump a dozen channels like your remote is stuck, but it does this it once in a while not all the time and the volume touch it once, and it will do the same thing, it is hard to control but again not all the time, so do you think it's the box

I recently picked up the Clasic AI, was hopeful, but not impressed. Bug city, I have the random reboot issue, that others are complaining about, my box also freezes on the guide screen, and has to be rebooted to get out. It randomly reboots about every hour or two max. The only setting that I have changed, is turning on Timeshift. With Timeshift on it freezes on the guide screen nine times out of ten, and has to be rebooted. None of these issues have anything to do with my service, or me changing any settings, it is solely to do with hardware and Buzztv 6 software. I also have two other Buzztv boxes, a B5 and a Buzztv Saro GT-5000, both will not do Timeshift, …

Is it safe to use furniture polish on the top to keep it looking good

Finding that the volume control on the remote and/or the box has a bug. In some cases the volume works fine and Classic AI displays the 0-25 slider. In other cases, it displays a dialog box indicating that CEC needs to be active which it is. I want to be able to use the big volume buttons on the remote instead of the small ones at the top of the remote that I’ve mapped my TV against. In other words, use the top buttons to set the max volume level I want and then use the big buttons to vary the volume between 0-25 on a consistent basis.

Hi Guys, something strange is happening with Classic AI. I have 2 servers set up, but while watching one selected channel, it is switching briefly to Stored Channels or the other Server... Video and Audio I have noticed this over the passed few days Thanks, Mark7

I received the box on April 14th I installed one provider that i watch 95%of the time, did updates added VPV then plugged USB fan to box for cooling that i have for all box's and connected USB box with SSD in it set as external storage, I watched the rest of the day and worked fine. Coming from Nvidia Shield Pro to Classic AI. Where in Classic AI settings can I find an option for audio pass through? Finding for TV that I’m not getting DD+ 5.1 passed to my Sonos Playbar

Is there a way to bypass the restriction within Android that volume doesn’t go above 25? I’ve looked in all the settings and can’t find anything. The max volume setting doesn’t increase the number above 25. I could do this on my Shield Pro.

When I search for Friends, it doesn’t appear. I have to manually go look for it under Crave or Hulu.
