Removed Tunneled playback, and added fast login. Had already reduced groups. MUCH improvement now !! Thanks for the help.

My new Buzz E5-SE is very slow loading channels. After pressing PLAY on a channel, I get a fully black screen till about 3-4 minutes later, the channel is displayed. Any settings that might help ?

With my Buzz classic anniversary, does anyone know an App I can download that offers daily updated sports schedules for NFL and MMA ?

mute button is now working also after the settings chabge from Emporium ! All is well...

1 Emporium was RIGHT. Removing the MAX Volume setting restored the volume adjustments !! 2 Still need to get the MUTE button working.

I solved the problem of why it worked earlier, but not now. I had set a Volume setting to 'make volume to max'. That made adjustments unusable. When I removed that setting, volume adjustments retuned. Thanks Guys

I have a Buzz Classis anniversary with a BT-350 remote. Right now, the volume up/down, and the Mute buttons on the BT-350 no longer work. They did work initially, but somewhere in the setups of customizations , the volume and Mute buttons no longer work

To be honest, the lower volume buttons were working at one time, but somewhere in my setup and customization, the volume buttons stopped working. The SAME thing with the Mute button. MUTE was working at one time, but now it is not.

I have a Buzz Classic anniversary new box. Need some setup help. Can't find any info on Youtube for info on the following issues: 1. I have an IPTV service. When I play a channel, I am unable to find a way to STOP playing that channel. The square STOP button does nothing. 2. I want to set up the categories by removing channels from the category but I don't know to remove channels there in the category. 3. Don't know how to add or remove FAVORITE channels. Let me know if any videos are available.
