Hi, I just got a BUZZTV XRS4900 last week and the interface is not at all what i have seen on BUZZTV web site. The XRS4900 was at version 5.0.626 updated 11/13/2021 After searching this site I found the version 5.05.653 I downloaded the zip file and followed the instructions for update. I know have version 5.05.653 updated 01/04/2022 but I still get the old interface. How do I get the new interface. Just got the box Thursday March 10. Thanks for the help.

Hello, Can somebody please help. For some of my channels I get a 'Decoder initialization error' message come up and there's no sound or picture. I've tried using the same playlist through Tivimate app on the BuzzTv Box and the channel works fine. Any ideas how to get these to work? Thanks

Hi, Does BuzzTV only accept EPG in XML? The Playlist manager i'm using (xtream editor) only give me a EPG in this format https://xtream-editor.com/en/get/epg/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx And this doesn't seem to work. Thanks

Hi, Anybody have any ideas on how to get Live TV to record past 1 minute, i'm on the verge of sending this box back to Buzz TV I have tried severall different ways of recording. Scheduled from the EPG and also instant recording a channel that I am watching I have kep the box on the same channel and haven't switch channles or switched it off I have updated to firmware v20220106 I have tried both internal and external sotrage with a NTFS formatted SSD I have tried the stream in another IPTV player on a different android box and it does record leading me to believ it's not and issue withthe source stream. But nothing will record past 1 min…

I am a brand new user of Buzztv xrs 4900 and I want to know if it is possible to change the background color of subtitles in TV series. I know there are settings for captions but it doesn't seem to work for subtitles. Or I don’t know how it all works. Can anyone help?

I have 2 4900 boxes that I just bought in November 2021. One of them hs no issues and I can start watching my server channels as soon as I turn on the TV. It also stays ON unless I turn it off. The SECOND Box always turns itself OFF and I have to restart it to watch anything from my Server. I have not found WHY it turns itself OFF and WHY it needs to be Reset every time. I am watching the same server link on BOTH Boxes. It is extremely annoying for a box for which I paid through the nose to get in the USA. My Canada based Rep told me he can get them there for almost half Price.

I have the XRS4900 and not using the Buss tv as my iptv service doesn't use m3u. It is a download app from HTTPS: Can you remove Buzztv and any unwanted apps. I tired to do an uninstall and they stay shown on the desktop like VLC and TeamViewer

Hello, I installed the latest bita and after that buzzyv 5 keeps crashing while playing live stream and flipping through channels doesn't work as before. Now I need to flip back and forth on a channel till it plays the stream. J have xpl 3900 and on same server but doesn't do that, which means the xrs 4900 new beta update is causing this issue. Will there be a new official update for 4900 soon?

Hi, I don't know if it's only me. But my EPG aren't updating anymore. I clear the data et cache and it's not working too. I use the service of epg.best and the file contain all the information. It was working with the last beta version but not anymore. Do someone have this problem? The image and name are working but not the description of the program, Thx

Good day everone. I would like to know what is the setup required so i can recore multiple stations at the same time IE: what type of service provider will allow me to record 3 different broadcast at a given time. How many simultaneous recording possible can i do with the XRS4900 Thank you!

Is any one else having this problem ,when I select Vod and try to play one of the episode ,nothing happens. I tried the everything but can't play any of the vod series.

I’ve connected via xc api and after around 5 minutes the stream drops and then picks back up, if I use the t3 app it’s fine but I want to use the buzztv app so all the buttons work etc. thanks

I wish they could update firmware showing vpn "on" icon indicating on the menu at the top screen. Formuler has it. That would be great 🙂

I see on other models a nice new update screen Is this going to be pushed to 4900 Or we staying on this original one. As I no update being pushed tomorrow ish for older models. Just seeing if they need this screen or old in work etc
