Hello I have a buzz tv5 box that stopped working today and it won't start on a reboot. I'm with bell internet I heard that bell has blocked the tv box. Do I need to get a VPN for my internet. Thank you

Please state which box model you are using since there are dozens of Buzz boxes using buzztv5.

And please provide more details on what you beed that the box stopped working ?  Does it even power up, do you see anything ?  Does it boot, go through buzztv logo and the go to main screen ?  Is it just when you hit LiveTV or something that it does not connect to your server ?   Or something else.  Your description is pretty vague.

Could be that the service you're using is offline too. Just provide the info asked of you above and you should be a happy customer once again. 

Even without a service box should start up.
