You can just clear data of the Buzz 5 app in Android Settings 

To avoid a reset of the box itself

Take a backup of the server info (onto a USB stick), so that way you don't have to manually reenter your server information all the time and redo all your favorites.

I have been using my buzz boxes for years, and primarily with same server.  So once I set up everything the way I like it with all my options and favorites, I did a backup to USB key and I use that to restore quickly if I have to do a box reset for whatever reason, or when I get new boxes, and I can set them up quickly. 

On the same USB key, I keep a copy of all the apk for all the apps I like to always sideload.  so that way it takes less than 5 minutes on a new box, and restore all my server settings, and install all my apps.

So if you have a working box setup with all your favorites, just d yourself a favor and take a backup.  Takes seconds, and the backup file is super tiny.  If you want, you can even email it to yourself and leave it in your mailbox to make sure you don't lose it

I have tried celaring data, rebooting and I still only see about 25% of the EPG showing information on v965. I see v967 just came out, will see if it fixes it.

On mac,xc or m3u server?

I actually have backed up the servers to an SD card in the past but when I tried to restore the saved servers I got an error message. I tested the new back ups I just created and they’re all working! Thanks for the tips!

So the error might be because of this
If you backed up on V965 for example
Factory Reset the box, it re-installs V940 as that is whats pre installed on our latest Android 11 firmwares

You have to wait to get V965 or higher to restore as an update.
As you cannot restore a backup from a newer version onto an older version

I use server and no issue

I have tried that a couple times before you mentioned it. I have been at this game since the exvu cards programming came out, although I think you were even earlier like in the big dish era.
