AGAIN, I NEVER said I was on the phone with a dev. I WAS on the phone with BuzzTV support. You have a serious problem with facts and with confusing rude with powerful. Maybe you'd feel better about yourself if you'd act like an adult instead of these pathetically weak attempts at bullying.

I am thrilled for you. I never said it wasn't working. When we were trying to resolve some setup issues, I specifically asked about live tv. He said it would be available in the future. You have no right to call me a liar when you don't have the facts to stand on. You're making an a$$ of yourself. You cannot change what happened. You are not that powerful. You were not on the call. The fact that you continue to misquote me, to misrepresent what I said, to berate me and to make false accusations only shows your true character. You have some serious issues.

You're the only one saying I talked to the dev. If you're going to be wrong, be wrong at the top of your voice. You're making yourself look silly. You were not there and your opinion does not change the facts.

I never said iut was not functional or was never function. I simply repeated what I was told.

I did not misunderstand. Respectfully, you were not on the call. Maybe it did come with it. That was not what I said. What I said was that I was told that it was not yet functional. Because that's what I was told, I never even opened it. You can argue all you want. You cannot change the facts. And I cannot set up favorites because that can only be done using the BT-400 remote, which I had to abandon for the onn remote because the BT-400 remote was defective. I did troubleshooting with BuzzTV support for weeks.

They absolutely did when they walked me though some issues with setup and I'm not a dude.

I was saving uninstall as a last resort. I was trying to avoid the headache of having to set it up from scratch. I've already had to do that MULTIPLE times during the year because my iptv service has changed my login many times. I asked the developer specifially about the signature. He did not answer, just sent me a new link or code. I haven't gotten in the habit of using the integrated software and have not yet completed the setup. I was told by BuzzTV when I got the X5 that that would be available in the future. I only recently learned that it had been a live application the entire time so I don't always think of it as an option for watching live tv. TiviMate, IPTV Smarters Pro and a couple of others are already set up with my favorites. While it seems like a simple task, I'm burned out on having to go through all that again and I've been overwhelmed with what life's been throwing at me.

I have had IPTV Smarters Pro installed for several years. A few months ago, my playlist and epg updates started consistently failing. The installed version is 3.1.5.1. I contacted the developer who has sent several links and codes that all redirect to the same apk. He says the current version is 5. Each install has reesulted in an App not installed error message. According to Troypoint, the current version is 3.1.5.1. The developer has said it's operator error so I sent screenshots of every step and asked him to identify the mistake I made. I have asked the developer questions to help identify whether there is a signature mismatch causing Android to refuse to overwrite it. Developer only sidestepped the questions. He has been most unhelpful. His latest response was The problem is in your device, not in our app. Has anyone else had this problem or can anyone offer any insight? Thank you!

Thank you! Yes, I am a basic user. Primarily, I do a speed test if I've lost connection during a program to see if my internet connection is the issue.

Recently I got a notification that Analiti had an available update. When I tried to update the app, I got the error messages that Analiti is no longer compatible on this device. In AptoideTV it says it is compatible with the device. I don't use google play store but looked to see if it was listed. It wasn't. When I open the app, it redirects to the google play store. Is there another speedtest that works well on the X5?

I also don't do anything sensitive on the boxes [or even on my phone] and I also disabled Google Protect for the same reason [although I'll find it re-enabled from time to time]. I just don't understand how it could create an 2nd account on my X5 just by me opening the app. Thanks!

I'm the only one with direct access and hopefully the only one with access at all. The issue is not that it's there because I very well may have installed it on advice of an "expert." The issue is the second account that was just created after I opened the app. The second account was not created by me. If it's a safe app to use, why would a second account be created on my X5 just by my opening the app?
