Multiscreen is in the planning stages. It'll only be on buzz 6 software

Back up your settings and favourites to usb and clear data. If that doesnt work you'll have to reset box When you reset box you'll have to wait till buzz 5 sw to restore your settings.

You using mac or xc api? Is your server very stable? If it isn't any interruption will stop the recording. Can you record what you are watching?

Sounds like a server issue to me What shows when you press green button? What does audio show?
