XR4500 / XRS4500 / XRS4500 MAX

When i want on my remote control with (1 buttom, red dot) recording the PVR XRS 4500 starts with recording ....when i want stop the with recording ( push square buttom) on remoet control happens nothing .how i can stop the recording? ( not cancel ...but stop the recording)

i have a 4500 and the epg will load at my house ( Bell Fibe) but will not load at my clients house ( rogers). Any idea what to look for here?

I purchased MX player pro thru Google Play store on my phone. When I goto Google Play store on the 4500 it says buy. So I goto buy and says already purchased. So can't install. Has any one come across this. Thank you.

Just wondering if anyone has had this issue and know why it would occur. I setup a XR4500 two days ago for a friend and it worked perfectly. I added live tv and played around for a few hours..I brought it to their house the next day and showed them how to use it (i was there 30 mins max) and there were no issues..I left and that same day she was constantly getting kicked out to the home screen after watching LiveTv. Is there a reason it would work for me at my house when I used it for the 3 hours I had it on watching the same server versus her house constantly kicking her out to the home screen? It seems it just is the LIVETV and VOD from talking to her..the onl…

I just got my box and went in and downloaded all my apps perfectly fine but then when I tried to log into LIVE TV I get stuck in the server settings… Am I missing something am I supposed to enter some link in here?!

Does anyone know if its possible to control a sound bar volume with the buzz 4500 remote? With my apple tv 4K When I use the apple remote it controls the volume of my LG sound bar. Everything is set up via hdmi. Sound bar goes to ARC on the LG tv and then buzz tv to hdmi 1 on tv and apple tv to hdmi 3 on LG tv. The apple tv does what I want which is control the overall volume but I can't seem to get this to work with the buzz tv. if its possible id like to hear how. any advice would be great thank you.

Since i bought this, i noticed sound is very less when i watch the channel via using this box. I connected this box with my TV connected with HDMI Cable but it does not produce 5.1 Channel sound. I even tried to connect with Optical Cable (Box has this provision) with Boss Sound Receiver but still sound is very less . I have to increase the full volume of my remote , even sound is only like coming from mono speakers. As well, when Buzz TV application starts and logo appears, no sound come at all. My other old Buzz TV Box produce sound when logo appears.

Hí guys, I need your help. I bought five BuzzTv XRS 4500 the first one was purchased over a year ago and the other four about four months ago. My older box recognized the latest firmware version 20201218 but the other four can't detect such firmware for some reason. Is there any way to fix this problem? thanks.

Hi, I was using this box fine for last 6 months but i had a sound issue with some channels. I reset the device through buzz settings and once reset was done, i entered same mac address from the ISP but it is not working any more. It is giving a message that cannot load the portal. Please contact your provider to register this device. I contacted and they checked they have this address already. i don't know how to fix this.

I could not get the box to shut down last night when I shut the TV. I didn’t think it was a big deal but today when I turned on the TV I just get a blank screen, like the box is in sleep mode, but I can’t get it to come out of sleep mode. It still would not shut down when I tried to shut it with the remote. i unplugged it for an hour but when I plugged it back in I still have a solid blue light but nothing on the TV. Any idea on what is wrong and how to fix it?

I being using my BOX the last 3 months and since Dec 10th, my XRS4500 start losing sound, I have to go channel up and then channel down to get audio back, but this is happening every 3 to 5 minutes, yesterday I did the new firmware update expecting to see if its fixed but not at all.... it still losing channel audio every time image stops and go 5 seconds back and sound is lost. Any idea on how to fix it?? workaround suggestions?

I just received the box as a gift and are getting the can't load portal error message. I'm in the US if that matters. I have M3U line and an EPG line with the username and password and everything else in it. I'm assuming under the M3U URL, I should enter the M3U info? Would I enter just the URL or EPG under the XML EPG URL? Thanks for the assistance.

When i have changed my mag256 to Buzz, i have keeped Mac connection (new mac of course). No problem during... 5 min... I am trying to run the SLING TV app on my box. I have tried the aptoid TV version and Google play version. It seems to want my location services on, but I am unable to turn it on. The option is there, but it wont stay on. I try to watch a channel and I get an error right away. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
