XR4500 / XRS4500 / XRS4500 MAX

I would like to make a future update recommendation. While searching thru the guide could it be made to have the channel up and down buttons work as page up and down. The page up/down buttons are in a awkward position to use.

Any idea why the app won't run saying "This device is not supported by the app" ? XRS4500

I just received my XRS4500 and I noticed the video looks very dark the complete picure from tv services to the main desktop and app draw is this common with this device?

Hello guys...i see these 2 remotes ( IR-100L - Luminous Remote & ARQ-100 ) work with buzztv xrs 4500, from them wich would u recomend and do all keys work with them ?

Well issues. Remote is flaky when paired for Bluetooth. Had to turn bluetooth off for remote. Seen that issue posted already. The whole box seems sluggish. My apps are slow. Internet is slow. Older box faster all around. Wondering if it's android 9? My old box is 8. Wondering if I should have not updated. I purchased on the fact I was told it was a beast. Please help. Not happy at moment. Thank you.

Is it best to install apps on BuzzTV 4500 XRS through Google Play Store or thru Aptoid TV?

picked third launcher in settings its umping cant get message off screen to change launcher it says app info and close app..is there a way to reset it

From day one there is an issue where it is only intermittently working? followed steps to succesfully pair with BT. Works about 3/4 of time is there a fix?

Three homescreen options - big issue Has anybody had an issue when changing between different buzz tv interfaces? The default stripped down version works great. The interface with large icons works great. When i switched to the screen where Aptoide iicon is in color (classic?) it got stuck and went into a loop where it was trying to change but could not. I could not access settings to stop this from happening. This continued when i unplugged the box. Seems like a software bug. I only got the box yesterday and have not downloaded any apps yet

Wondering if the option of pausing, play or rewind works? Do I need to install a different player? Thanks

Hi All my XRS4500 buzz TV box Media Player launcher keeps crashing over and over and over in startup. I know it's an issue because I have 4 boxes which are the same all have same setup an all 4 boxes keep on doing the same thing. have reset the boxes and monster box restarts I switch it back to the media player launcher and the same process starts all over again when it keeps crashing over and over again will not let the screen continue. so I just want to know if anyone else is having the same problem and if there's a fix for this issue. I am not a big fan of the iptv service so I'll be not used IPTV service . the default water the four the box is really useless to me …

I own a Buzz TV box XPL 3000, and now looking to update to the new XRS 4500. I wanted to see if anyone can give me some feedback on this box. Looking to see, if this box is faster, do the channels load faster, will it help with less freezing. Any help would be great. I also heard you can record. How does it compare to the XPL 3000

In the current Buzz TV App UI, App support Classic and modern where VOD is usually displayed in grid view. Is there any option to see the list in list view layout? Sharing example from a competitor.

Hello, My remote controller doesn't work correctly anymore. It begans when the controller became so slow. I had to wait 5 seconds between each push of button. I tried to do a factory reset but when it ask me to pair the controller , it was impossible. The XR4500 is scanning but it doesn't found my remote controller. The remote work in IR but it's very slow. What should I do? Thanks

Hi there. Sorry for what will be a sort of long post, but I want to make sure I convey the issue I'm facing accurately. I bought an XRS4500 the other day. The plan was to relegate the 3000 to a lesser used room, and use the 4500 on our primary TV. I am with a service that allows 1 MAC based connection and 3 M3U. They also have their own app, which seems to be a customised Perfect Player. Anyhow, I emailed the reseller and asked to remove my 3000 MAC and add my 4500 MAC. Hello, I have issue with bluetooth remote feature on XR4500 and XRS4500, when I put standby, can not to turn the box back on, have to wait for aprox 2 minutes or sometimes have to unplug and plug in back to restart, so I realaized there is a bug soI unpaird under remote & accessories and stick with the IR mode. Hope in the next update the buzz team will fix the issue.

Screen orientation on the XR4500 appears to be totally locked down - the OS has no options for screen orientation, and individual apps can't display in portrait mode at all, even when that's the only mode they support. Anyone have a way to get around this?

There are several PROS/CONS for choosing secondary player as a default player in your Buzz TV app One key issue that prevents us form using secondary media player is skip FW/Rewind. this functionality does not work. First I thought its the issue with the media/VOD; but when I switch the player form secondary to primary for the same media, it works. i tried switching back and forth to validate this. Result: skip FW or Rewind does not work when choosing secondary player. this issue is also noticeable when you try to seek the VOD to a particular time, it work work when player = secondary.

Hi all I have a question about VPN. I just ordered a xps4500 and was wondering what vpn works well with this box? I have comcast internet that apparently just recently started throttling speeds for iptv streams.

does anyone know if you have an XRS4000 if you can simply transfer the settings and apps etc.. over to the XRS4500? this way you don't have to completely rebuild the unit? if its possible any advice how to go about doing this. thanks.

It plays 1080p movies very nice but whenever I try to play any 4K VOD (movie usually) it either does not even start it or if it starts to play the movie it freezes completely. I am kinda surprised with 4GB DDR4 Ram and a supposedly better CPU the XRS4500 is unable to handle 4K. I am wired connected with a Gig connection and have stable DL/UL of around 930 all the time. I have tried both the Default and Secondary players.

Could someone provide steps how to achieve best picture quality on xrs4500? I am new to Buzz and still playing with it. Which player is better - the Default or Secondary or can I use any other app, eg Tivimate? How can I lock the Adult VOD? Live Adult channels are locked but my VOD adults are open and I can't seem to lock them.

Hello, I just received and set up my XRS4500 Box yesterday . It will not accept my credentials for my Url's and passwords. I keep getting an error that it cannot load portal for both of them. Kind regards.
