June 12, 20206 yr I just received my XRS4500 and I noticed the video looks very dark the complete picure from tv services to the main desktop and app draw is this common with this device?

June 13, 20206 yr Author Ok it the video looks amazing now one of the forum members Mark suggested switching out the HDMI cord and it made a big difference the HDMI that came with the BuzzTv Box was faulty I am a happy camper now.
