XR4500 / XRS4500 / XRS4500 MAX

I just bought the XRS4500Max and installed DAZN thru two different sources, Google Play and a 1.6x version APK. In both cases on the 4500 I can log in, but then an error is thrown. The GooglePlay version installs on my Samsung tablet fine and runs it is an important app for me... I will try to install DAZN on the Kodi 18.9 as an alternate method thx in advance

I have a 4900 box which I love. I've noticed that my internet speed is very slow when I run a speed test on the box. I have 1 gig internet but the box will only get 26mbs. I can do a reset in the box and it will get the right speed for maybe 10 minutes and then drop back down. Any suggestions

I got this box was loaded already and had vod and live tv I deleted it by accident. How do I add the URL or server codes again to get the channels and videos back I’m a rookie please help lol

Hello. I had my buzztv 4500 max well over 6 months. last night i tried to install firmware 20210714. But every time it reaches 58% it starts back over. Can anyone tell me if there is a way to install it. Thanks.

If i have 4k movies on a hard drive with atmos hd, dtshd ect audio, will the box play the audio through my amp?

What does the slow blinking blue light me on a xr4500?

Time setting for the PVR has not worked. Only partial bits of shows were recorded. Assume that there must a blue light on the BuzzTV XRS4500 but the tv does not have to remain on while recording. For small snippets of recorded material that did work the audio playback was a fraction of a second out of sync with the video. Any solutions out there?

This Update installed last night, now my STB does not power down correctly. It is hanging when you hit the power button and the front LED remains blue rather than turning red. It even hung than rebooted on one occasion. The only way I can power down my unit right now is to press and hold the power button and choose shut down from the pop-up menu. A fix is required as a use a Harmony remote so this bug is throwing my equipment out of sync.

Typically I get recording in ts format but from time to time the box records or tries to record in mkv format and fails most of the time. Anybody knows how to rectify or force it to stay in TS only. XRS4500 with unofficial upgrade to 5 ( works very well except this mkv issue) Thanks

Hi I am trying to use a English UK USB keyboard on my XRS 4500 when using Chrome. I been in keyboard settings but cant find a setting that works some keys show ok then others like the @ /Q dont show correct on screen. Can this be done or am I stuck using the remote control? Thank's Ray

Why does the Buzz application keep losing the favorites I've selected from the favorites category? It doesn't matter whether it is the 4500 or the 3000. It doesn't matter what server I'm connected to. I'm connected to more than one , the 3000 is on a different server than the 4500 but the same issue occurs. Very annoying. It's got to be the buzz. software. Funny thing is when I go looking for the lost favorites using search there they are with a star beside them. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hi, How do I change the screen size? At the moment it is too BIG to fit on the screen - the items on ALL SIDES overlap, so much that some of them are unreadable/viewable. So it needs to be reduced, but I cannot find a way to do this. Any suggestions?

I need to know how to change the time from UTC to Central Daylight Time. My EPG is not being shown with the correct time. I have already gone to - MENU SETTINGS EPG and changed the time to my local time - BUT - the EPG and the information provided - DOES NOT MATCH. I have also gone to my account settings and tried to change the time from UTC - but - it is greyed out and I cannot change it. What can I do to fix this? I thank you in advance.

Anyone know if the stream option can be changed the HLS on BuzzTV 4? Can't seem to find it in settings. It is an option I believe on BuzzTV 5

Hi just got my buzz XRS4500/XR4500. BUZZ IS REBOOTING AGAIN AND AGAIN.I TRIED PAIRING IT WITH THE BOX BUT ITS REBOOTING REPEATEDLY AND THERE IS NO VOLUME INSPITE OF HIGH TV VOLUME.

I would like to know if the channels are already loaded on the stick or box? If not how do you get them loaded ? Thank you, Dana

Hello! I have a question, often i search the Bizz settings looking for something but cant find what I hope to locate... one such thing is a way to register a secondary viewer. When I use a fileviewer to locate a .ts file on my Buzz box clicking on the file will often bring up an Android message asking me if I want to watch the file using Kodi or 'media player'. Is there a setting I can change to tell Buzz to use a different viewer app (for example: I have installed VLC on the box) Thank you in advance! Hello! I have had my SRX4500max for a month now, generally very happy with it but recordings have very much been 'hit or miss'. I am aware that streams get interrupted by buffering/lags and bit rate related issues. As well as number of connections etc. One thing I am certain is that I am not having issues related to storage size as I have a 500GB SDD attached. What i am noticing is sometimes I get a recording and sometimes I dont. Using a File Explorer app I check the storage location to see if teh file is there or not. When I program a recording I can not set the target file folder on the BuzzTV 4 app. Would be good to be able to do this (like TiVi…

I've read through a lot of the posts and see an awful lot of unanswered questions and correct me if I'm wrong little if any response from Buzz Tv employees (techies). Am I not reading this right? Here's my question. I just purchased the 4500 series after having numerous issues with a 3000. Superior (4500) in many respects but I've seen manuals for inserting batteries into toys that were more detailed than the Buzz. Further some functionalities I liked with the 3000 seem to have gone by the wayside with the 4500. For example and this is really the question I would like answered is the TV shows I follow and are marked as favorites used to, with the 3000, reappear…

Problem Xrs4500 boots to a black I have tried hard reset and the same problem occurs. Does anyone have the flash for this unit so I can flash it from the TF PORT.
