XR4500 / XRS4500 / XRS4500 MAX

I purchased a WD external Hard drive 1 TB. It was working fine. I initially bought a 5 TB and it did not work and was advised the 4500 would not work on anything above 1TB. So I connected the WD 1TB and everything worked fine. I'd go into ES Exporer and cut and paste the movies to the External Drive. Well today It keeps saying loading OTG, but never fully loads < I only had about .25% space used . Any advice ?

Hi guys, My Buzztv xrs 4500 sometimes reboots by itself while watching tv. it is ethernet connected, no bluetooth and even I factory reset it but the self reboot randomly continues to happen. Any idea on what can be causing this issue? thanks

Box puked won't boot and constant reboots. So did hard reset. Comes up with the android guy screen and says no command. There is no options to select wipe data etc. Help please

I have tried everything to connect to this in the title. I use GloryTV. I'm confused by it all. I put my IPTV url in and the closest I got to anything is a message of "No Handshake". Other messages URL not found, one even said Subscription Expired or not activated. Someone said something about my MAC address. I see the address in the top right of my screen but have never had to type it anywhere . The IPTV does not offer a alternate URL. I only put Server and MU3 but there is another on up top about connecting to, I could not get that other . Please if anyone can help. I've actually talked to someone at Buzz and we could not resolve this case. Thanks in advance…

I cannot get my Buzz Tv switch over to Ethernet . I’ve tried cutting off the WiFi , nothing seems to affect it, I check Ethernet connection also. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks

I purchased the WD My Passport external drive for my XRS4500 box. I could not get it set up correctly. Could someone share how to install the external drive ? I called WD they said it only works on windows and Mac's. if that is the case can you recommend a external drive for it ? Thanks in advance

How do I get out of safe mode

Just purchased a brand new XRS4500MAX and had high hopes. I was able to connect initially to my provider then lost the connection. Was unable to connect and had to do a reset, then was able to connection. Now I'm not able to connect anymore even when I do a reset. I use my phone and ipt smarters pro and able to connect using the credentials provided. Please help.

I thought I would do a backup. It's been going for over 30 minutes. Is this normal?

I have the xrs4500. I inserted a flash drive to watch a movie. I went into Foles, etc and cannot find it anywhere to watch. Can anyone help? Appreciated.

I have an issue with 4500 constantly restarting, I will sometimes get to the main menu and when I do I will shut the wifi off and it stops the restarting. What’s the solution

Hi there, I have a client complaining about units after standby or power off . When he guess to power back on everything freezes. He has to completely remove supply to get this to reset. Please provide a solution. Thanks

Hey, so buzz4 decided to update a couple of days ago. I went to watch some TV series from my iptv providers Vod and they were missing. Tried movies and they were all showing. I have 2 providers and tried the second provider with the same results. Tried rebooting box and router, no different. Went into apps and removed the update reinstalled my provider details and all was well. Anyone else had any issues? And is there a way to turn off auto update?

Hey guys, I have a three months old Buzztv xrs4500 but suddenly failed to turn on using the remote control, unplugged plugged back, tried to reset by the av port several times but no matter what I do I just get the off solid red light. Any Idea how to bring it back to life? thanks.

When ever I try to pair a bluetooth device like headphones to my xr4500 ...the box shuts down ...Only bluetooth device already paired is the remote that came with the box and that works fine... Any ideas as to why ??

Hi some of my friends have been experiencing some issues with there XR4500. Both are separate issues. Issue 1. Wont load portal and get stuck at loading. i have reset the server on my end, ask them to reset their modem but still says loading. 2. When connecting to Wifi, 2 of my friends were unable to connect. the done option was no popping up. This only seem to happen when switching to a new wifi connection

When the buzztv box starts up it does not go to the main menu anymore. It just allows me to go to server settings. How do I go about restoring that main page. When I press the home button on the remote nothing happens.

I am now somehow missing the “search”option or field from the main screen under the categories or channels. I used to remember seeing that when I would scroll all the way to the top of the various TV categories and or VOD categories. Can’t figure out how that’s the case? Is there some setting that I may have accidentally turned off? Please help.

I never had this problem before where my saved favorite channels have been cut in half. Out of 80 channels which I had under my favorite, ended up being 40. Everytime I eliminate channels from my list of saved channels I cant not add them back. It shows that it has been marked as favorite but it does not go to the list. I'm not sure what is going on? So once again I cant add favorite channels to my list. If I chose a channel as my favorite it marks as favorite channel but it does not add to my list. Any solution to my problem? Thank you

Have been having an issue with extreme audio latency in everything (IPTV, buzz tv app, YouTube, CatMouse). I have factory reset box and with only one app running, still getting latency. Short HDMI cable, hardwired it into the box and still getting latency. Only thing left to try is a hard reset, but can’t find any reset holes. Am I missing it?

Good morning, Each time I shut the XRS4500 off for the night I need to reboot (unplug) to get up & running, if I don't the indicator just keeps spinning. Am missing a setting somewhere? Thank you for the help.

was working fine this morning came home just won't start up just keeps spinning says loading categories then goes back to server settings , re started several times, rebooted modem paid up to Jan next year.

Start off by saying I am new to setting up and using the BUZZ TV XRS 4500. There is a delay in the sound versus picture. Is there a setting to fix this? Also is there a way to have just UK, CA & USA channels show? Thank you any help is appreciated.

On Live TV/All/ Sorted by name, if you click on the sub heading example: 5246===USA & Canada Movies nothing happens, the circle just spins. Is there a way to click on the sub to pull up the channels related to that sub? Thank you
