	About five years ago, I bought a BuzzTV XRS4500. After enjoying it for a while, I don't remember exactly if it was due to an update, but the original software stopped booting. Today, I tried pressing the reset button for 10-15 seconds, but nothing happened. I tried flashing "Armbian" via microSD to rule out the console working, and it seems to be functioning; it displays an image when booting from the microSD card, but the original operating system doesn't load. I thought it would be easy to reinstall the original firmware, but it's not possible; there's no BuzzTV database that indicates how. What can I do to revive my BuzzTV and enjoy its interface again?

	Hi, Whenever I pause a movie on VOD it exits after a couple of minutes. On resume, it starts from random time not from the same time it was paused. Is there a solution to this problem?

	Moreover, my BuzzTv XRS 4500's software never updated eversince I bought it and is stuck at 2021 version. Is there a way to update it manually?

	So a funny thing happened the last few weeks, my XRS4500 froze on the buzz tv startup logo. I remember there was software updates being done on it, since we had company over, I decided to leave the box alone and use the features on my smart tv instead.   After company left, I switched inputs and I was mind boggled why it was still frozen at the boot logo.  I tried every button on the remote, nothing worked.  It was late, I was tired the kids were tired, i unplugged it and went to bed.
</p>

<p>
	2 days later I googled how to factory reset,  so i put a tooth pick in the AV hole, and plugged it in while holding it down, the recovery screen came so i reset the box thru that. 
</p>

<p>
	once it was reset, it seemed to work fine for the next day or two.  We lost our hydro briefly so everything was off in our house, once the hydro came back I decided to turn on the TV and to my frustration, it was frozen at the buzz startup logo AGAIN.    I tried the same factory reset but the box seems unresponsive this time, i can hold down the reset button for ever nothing ever happens.   which is surprising because I am a former technician and there seems to be nothing physically wrong with this, could the hydro interruption cause issues with the box?

	I appreciate these boxes are now discontinued, but I have not had any firmware updates since forever &amp; from memory, I may have had the last one I had pushed to my box from a kind person on here as the ota seemed not be be working.

	My current firmware is V20220919, IPTV Ver 5.0.946. Can someone advise if this is in fact the latest version &amp; does this box actually still recieve updates now ?

	Hello,  I'm using the BuzzTV XRS4500 box and recently just ran into an issue while trying to watch a video.  I stated watching and noticed some subtitles.  I hit the green button to access the audio/subtitle menu.  While trying to disable the subtitles, I accidentally went down to the audio section and selected "disable" .  It immediately shut the audio off.  I tried to select the English track again and the box checks back and I exit the  audio menu, but no audio (video still playing).  If I go back into the audio menu, it shows a check beside disabled and not the English track I selected. 
</p>

<p>
	If I hit the guide (EPG) button while the silent VOD movie is playing, the movie shows in the small upper right mini video and the movie is playing with the audio.  I try to close the EPG and it boots out and goes to a channel in the EPG.  I've tried to clear the cache and VOD watched memory, but no luck.  Anyone else experienced this?  I have Firmware V20211108 and IPTV version 4.0.530.  Anyone have any advice regarding this issue?

	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#353c41;font-size:14px;">Upon selecting either a VOD or browsing through Live TV channels, it fails to load the screen stating MEDIA FORMAT IS NOT SUPPORTED.</span>
</p>

<p>
	<span style="background-color:#ffffff;color:#353c41;font-size:14px;">This happens intermittently and I can sometimes get around the issue by performing a reboot of the box. At times, it also just hangs when scrolling Live TV up and down.</span>
</p>

	Has anyone been able to find a working version of HBO max for the buzz?  I've tried on both the xrs4500 and Essentials boxes with no luck.  The Android TV versions of the app don't display properly.  The mobile version of the apk doesn't load files.  Wasn't sure if anyone found a good version of the apk that works on the buzz boxes.  Thanks!

	Hello,

	So I had seen a similar issue in the past when using the SEARCH feature under VOD. But then the issue was the &amp; and other such characters in the movie name.

	But yesterday I was unable to list AIR FORCE ONE.  Search returned the movie in other languages. I reached out to my supplier and he sent me a screenshot he can find the movie ( i believe he was using a different player)
</p>

	Anyone know of anything like this?  Is there a software update or something. I recall checking last week my firmware was up to date.
