Hello, I just received and set up my XRS4500 Box yesterday . It will not accept my credentials for my Url's and passwords. I keep getting an error that it cannot load portal for both of them.

too much empty space, and it was placed manually, i have removed it.

can you post a little more info?

Is it a mac based server or just user name and password

if portal doesnt load make sure server url is correct

Was solved there

Just to let everyone know, it was a an issue with how the server was being setup
Buddy was trying to setup a Streaming line account under Server Line
All good now
