XR4000 / XRS4000

I have a new XRS4000 and am new to these boxes and have a couple of questions. 1. I can hear android and application notifications coming in, but how can I view them? 2. How can I tell which applications are actually running and close what I want to? (I know by hitting the Home button 4-times it will close ALL apps) 3. How can I also easily see if something is running on the status-bar? e.g VPN 4. Is there any easy way to run native android apps instead of Android TV apps? e.g Netflx and Youtube.

Hello, I have an XRS 4000 and although I can set the timer to record a program and it shows up in the listing of recorded programs, it doesn't play. (it has /null at the end of the file). I can, however, watch the recordings of live programs that were recorded by having selected the record button on the remote. I also tried setting the timer to record programs when using a USB drive as the storage rather than the internal hard drive but neither did that work. Hi Is any one tried BuzzTV IR-100L remote on XRS4000? How is response of button or remote on XRS4000? Which one you recommend for XRS4000 , IR-100L or ARQ-100?

Is it possible to have the search only search within the categories you have selected in the organize categories and not include the categories you have un selected with the organize categories? Currently if you don't have categories selected they still show up in the search

On the Buzz TV xrs4000 there was an update the other day I did that corrected the titles in English on the VOD but not playing in English on the VOD who do you talk to about getting this taking care of does anybody have actual number or a website you can go to so they know about this

I s there an update for the Buzztv 4 App in the XR4000 box .....keep getting kicked out of the PPV channels with (NFPS) ..my buzz 3000 using Buzztv 2 app does not have that problem The latest buzztv4 app update that I have is from Dec 9th 2019 version 4.0.404 ................I've checked in the box for update and it just says non available

Is there any settings or ability to search Episode by # on Fav VOD list for XRS4000 or XRS4500 ? (i am watching show has about 500 plus episodes, watching # is about 300, every time i have to scroll up or down)

I am having issue with VOD updates , it is 2 to 4 day old and not current episodes. for same server on other 3 Mag box has also up to date (current episodes) is there any bugs or settings i need to change (sometimes it updates after rebooting but most of the time not) I checked with service provider and according them there may be something with the box as other Mag box has no problem Please help Thanks

The XR4000 Buzztv app is in an burnt out picture and flickers. I cannot enter the Menu to give an Factory reset. 1. When I start the XR4000 it starts normally. 2. After startup the Buzztv app is hanging (with or without Internet connection/ and the screen keeps flickering ). 3. After sometimes I can stop the app- between the flickering. But it does not respond on my command (from the remote control). 4. I tried every button on the remote control to enter the menu or get in the app-info for Buzztv but nothings work. I'm looking for an option to do an Hardware Factory Reset for the XR4000.

Since the beginning of the purchase of xr4000, i got a lot of problem with vod, showing 0 of 0 after a while, what i found for a work around, i go to server settings, (server line), hit my server and do the green button to reconnect and my vod working, but now another problem occurs, the playback is not working, or the epg show no information, for some testing i install stbemu free and the guide was working flawless, all channel got information and the playback was working. Just to complicate the situation, i own a panel to subscribe some customer and the problematic unit show the wrong ip, util i do the trick with the vod (reconnect the server), so i not so sure about th…

Getting this message at bottom for 2 seconds after restarting XRS 4000 and selecting VOD

Is there a way to add more video players or make the 2 more compatible there seems to be issues with the 2 on the box as switching between the two makes little to no difference in my freezing issues and not being able to tune in certain channel

Is there any way we can play next Video or Episode Automatic or Continue from VOD video or Episode list on XRS 4000? (like it works on XPL3900) Right now we have go back to list and need to choose next episode to play

Good morning members. I received my Buzz XRS4000 for Christmas and I have been fighting with it since then. Everything seems to be working fine except VOD and PPV movies won't play. I have tried both players and both do the same thing. They will start playing for 4-5 minutes, then suddenly stop and return to the home page. Sometimes they will begin freezing every few seconds and will keep it up until you just give up and quit. This happens with both players. I am using version 4.04.404, dated 12/9/19 and firmware 20191210.

Can't find a user manual anywhere online and nothing came in the box other than the remote control description. Trying to set up a buzztv for my 84 yr old Mom. Having a grand go at it. I got as far as inputting portal name, portal url, username, password. Saw positive sign = a screen that said "hand shake" does this mean that the portal info took okay? but after that nothing has changed. I pressed the 'live tv' (blue box) and it just gives me the server page (if I want to add another server). Same happens when I press the stream (blue box). And epg box is empty. Having problems setting up IPTV I go to add server and it gives me a MAC adress starting with D and mac addresses don't start with D and then is also has a server ID # witch one do I give my provider

My box all of a sudden does not boot up and freezes on the start up logo. I have tried unplugging for a while and no change. Any way to do a reset?
