March 15, 20206 yr Yes I don't know who you call or you talk to there's no number or website that you can inform them about this the update only fixed part of the problem not the whole thing I don't think they tested it first before posting it

March 23, 20206 yr My xrs4000 VOD hasn't worked since January. As of today, March 23 it's says there are no new updates. Every time I select a movie it say the media format is not supported.

March 24, 20206 yr Everyone, I just want to compliment NBS. He private messaged me and resolved my issue with server name and configuration settings. Can say enough!!! two months of trying to fix this and NBS resolved it over messaged in 10 minutes!! thank you, thank you.
