I just got xrs 4000 it says it's connected to server, when I press live tv I get nothing. Please help

The video is not freezing but the audio is freezing like crazy unable to watch happened after the new update it was fine before the update and it's fine on my other boxes with the update. It's happening on the xrs4000

We just got our box, Xr4000, yesterday I plugged it into the HDMI port my cablebox was plugged into and it worked fine. Today I go to turn on everything and I got sound but no video. All devices are plugged into a receiver, Marantz NR1504. I've switched HDMI cable and nothing changes. I plug the box directly into tv I got video and sound, but this way we don't have surround sound nor can we easily switch between devices. Please help!

Hi all, I have had the 4000 for some time. I cannot figure out how to stream anything other than 2.0. Can someone help to tell me if all the content is simply in 2.0 or am I not doing something properly.

Anyone find a version on disney+ app that works on the buzztv

Hello, I'm new using this box I've figured out how to use the app store, however, I'm still having problems with getting working versions of Disney plus and Amazon prime. I've got the Amazon prime video installed, but I can't use the remote to navigate within the app. Any thoughts as to how I can get this app working?

Hi I got audio sync problem (audio legging about 1 to 2 sec ) on live channels , i tried Default and secondary player but same issue Default player get more often and more legging vs Secondary Player any suggestion or settings? Thanks

The connection to the server fails stating that it was unreadable. I removed the m3u setting and reentered and still not working. I've confirmed that the url was still good on another box. The XR4000 is connected to the ethernet. I switched to WIFI and still no luck. There goes xmas!

Hi, Is there a possibility to continuously playing tv series?

Alot of apps require you to be able to navigate to a top bar for example cyberflix, unlock your tv and others based on terrarium code. All the apps I've tried I can't get up to the top navigation top in the apps without using the mouse it's annoying. This wasn't an issue with the older buzztv I this it might be the launcher bar blocking it. Is there anyway around this?

Is it possible to downgrade to v2? I have too many issues with BuzzTV 4 that I don’t have on BuzzTV 3000 with BuzzTV 2. The most annoying is this: I start the app and it opens the first channel, then when I change the channel, it won’t open it, just spinning. I tried the same provider on BuzzTV 3000 and works fine.

my new buzztv have 2 mac Mac address D0:76:58:C0:28:41 SERVER ID# 00:1A:79:C0:28:41 not working and on xr4000 you cannot change the mac. help Tanks

So ,I did the update and seams like the player is better, now the Vod from ***** server is working, ...but is missing one of the players 😞 -the default player has some microfreezing on the picture on some servers 😞 -the EPG load is still slow and if scroll down fast through channels while the EPG loads the buzz app kicks you out on the main page 😞 .......still more to come .

While watching live tv the picture will flicker then the sound cuts out. I need to change channel to get it to come back in. This happens very frequently. Any ideas?

so a friend just got a new 4 k tv if he were to download blue ray movies on to a hard drive would the 4000 play them just as good as a blue ray player?
