XR4000 / XRS4000

So it seems that under server configuration the m3u line no longer has an option to add epg url. It only asks for file location from storage. We need to have the option to add epg url

I have the XRS4000 and I am trying to use teh NHL app. When I go to use it I get the warning that location services needs to be enabled. But when I go to the Location tab on the buzz box, it does not elt me select "use wifi to estimate location". the selection remains on off. i tried with both wifi and ethernet to see if this was the issue but i simply cant select that radial button. any suggestions?

Just purchased a VRS4000 I have it hooked up through ethernet but when I connect to a VPN it disconnects and I either have to shut it off/on or go into settings and IP settings and click on DHCP to get it to reconnect. Then if I switch VPN locations it disconnects again. Any ideas or is this a defected box?

Just received a brand new XR4000. Go to the end of the initial setup and I'm getting a message saying "device not authorized". It restarts after I press okay. I tried to factory reset and it still does the same thing. Any advice

Hey folks, I've noticed that the XRS4000 has a 64-bit capable CPU, but is running a 32-bit version of Android. Is there any reason why the 64-bit Arm64-v8a version of Android was not used? Are there any plans to release a 64bit version of the OS? The point of having a 64-bit capable CPU is negated if the OS cannot make use of the newer instruction set.

Anyone get the epg working. It's not saving the epg file for m3u. Please help

Guys you have to fix this issue with the new update ,on certain severs I don't want to say names, some channels doesn't work properly on default player so I change on player2 than after 5 min the Buzztv app shuts down 😞 ,this I getting annoying seriously ?for a new box on the market to have this issues with the servers.

I've had 2 devices now that are getting power - have the blue light on the front but nothing comes up on the TV screen at all. Not even the setup screen. Both devices were in use for weeks and working perfectly fine and then just stopped working. Any suggestions? I've tried the reset button as well and unless there's some special trick to resetting these devices that does not appear to do anything either.

Hi everyone, I got two new xrs to replace my xpl3000 but when I got at the server settings no more the option to change my Mac address, why Buzz removed that option?I have few several servers that I'm trying with other xpl3000 and some are different Mac addresses now my new XRS are kinda useless 😞 ,why they have to remove that option ,you guys going backwards now? I know that I have to contact my resellers to chage the mac address but is such a hassle because some will take 24-48 hours to remove the old mac addresses from the server.

How to operate the air mouse on your remote? All I get is the static mouse. Any help would be appreciated

I have the xrs 4000 and I downloaded a radio app and we used it all the time on the 3000 box But I'm having an issue with the xrs when listening to the radio for a while it's like it fills up the ram When I try to change to somthing else the box slows right down to where the remote wont respond and I have to un plug the box I thought with 4 gigs this would not be an issue

I had an issue with setting up box for first time. Went thru all settings . Initialization etc , internet. Then I went to setup the server credentials. I used streaming line. Was getting an error can't connect to server error. I went to the network connection settings. Noticed it said my ethernet waas not conn connected. it was hardwired. Toggled the wifi off then on. It showed connected. Then I tried to connect to the server . It was fine now

I updated to the latest xrs 4000. Using m3u , the file doesn't save. After I click on save . I go out then back in and it doesn't save. Epg is blank and not working

Bought it brand new. Plugged it in. It went through its wizard of updates and everything seems perfect. Got into the menu and was prepared to set it up. I once again checked for an update and there wasn't one as i had just did it when i launched it for the first time. I placed a USB into the USB 2.0 port and proceeded with doing a backup from BuzzTV Utilities menu. Either with or without the USB stick plugged in, I get the same BuzzTv logo followed with a green screen. Now it just loops. I unplugged it all and waited a full minute (just to be certain) and plugged in all together but the result was the same with a BuzzTV logo and a green screen that just loops repe…

can Buzz or anyone can say when the Buzz XRS 4000 will be out? i currently have the 3900 i see that the XR4000 are out but i think i may wait until the XRS 4000 comes out.

i have the Buzz 3900 but i see 2 new boxes come out the xr 4000 and the xrs 4000 are those 2 boxes a better box than the 3900.

Like the title says, Is it better and is support good?
