	Good day everyone,
</p>

<p>
	I’ve had one of each, XR4000 and XRS4000 boxes for quite a few years now but have never been able to connect any Bluetooth headphones.  Both boxes will detect the devices during pairing but then come up as “couldn’t connect” or Bluetooth crashes altogether.
</p>

<p>
	I’ve tried factory reset, clearing Bluetooth cache/data, tried 5 different Bluetooth  headphones.  Also tried turning off wifi, moving box to a different location to rule out interference.  I recently updated to BuzzTV 5 on the XRS4000 box, but the problem is still there.

	I noticed a few posts regarding this in the past, but there was nothing conclusive.  Any suggestions?

	I searched and can’t find an exact fix to my problem

	I recently updated my boxes (I know I’m late) now that it’s on 5.0 it’s not staying connected to WiFi. I know this is a big of some sort because I have 2 boxes and no other connection issues except these devices. It connects on startup, but five minutes in it’s like my wireless networks disappear. And nothings shows until it’s rebooted. Anyone know how to fix this?

I tried opening Google chrome for the RV login page but no luck, a date and time error pops up.</span>

	Buzz box was working great until i just got a new Arris modem/router combo.

	Now two problems have developed 1-when i try to go to live tv i am getting cannot access portal message  2- an hour later and now the power light button is not even lighting up. Any help much appreciated.

	Hi, I have an XR4000. It worked fine for sometime.
</p>

<p>
	Lately I get "Media format not supported" error for 90% of my Live TV channels. And 100% error for VOD and TV Series.
</p>

<p>
	Even the stuff I watched before get this error now.
</p>

<p>
	I tried, changing to secondary player and even external VLC Player, still the same issue.
</p>

<p>
	I have been with the same provider for a while now.
</p>

<p>
	I did a soft reset and also a hard reset (tooth pick) and still the issue remains.
</p>

	When I did my reset, the version of the box stays at 5.0.766 (Firmware V20220919)
</p>

<p>
	It does not get the latest version. I did try hitting 2015, and it says, No beta updates available for you.

	I did DM <a contenteditable="false" data-ipshover="" data-ipshover-target="https://buzztvhelp.com/profile/200-allaboutbuzz/?do=hovercard" data-mentionid="200" href="https://buzztvhelp.com/profile/200-allaboutbuzz/" rel="">@allaboutbuzz</a> and asked if a new version can be pushed to my device. Awaiting response.

	Also a weird thing, when I am on Live Tv, I saw an overlay that said, "New update has been installed. Buzz 5 v5.0.919"
</p>

	But when I got to my update screen, it still says 5.0.766 no matter how many time I restart my box or how many times I hit "Check Update".

	Ok so before we used to have just one favourite's group but it appears now

	One called Favourites the 2nd called 24/7 Favourites.

	So this was done befoere this was an an option and I have all my favourites in the 'Favourites"

	But what I want to do is take my favourite 24/7 channels now put them in the 2nd

	Favourites group from Favourites and move them over to 24/7 Favourites.
</p>

	favourite groups.

	I have an XRS4000 box. I scheduled it to record from Live TV, coming from a MAC Server. The recording shows up in the PVR, however when I try to play it, it's just a black screen with the scrubbing bar at the bottom of the screen for a few seconds with no sound, then it quits back to the recordings list. I downloaded an FTP app to try and extract the file from the box, however that particular recording cannot be found in the file system even though it appears in the recording interface. I also tried restarting the box with no improved results.<br />
	<br />
	The box did not lose power during recording and is connected to a reliable internet connection via ethernet.
</p>

<p>
	I am open to any promising ideas on how to extract or restore the file from the box.
</p>

	I am pretty new at this and myXRS4000 Today it refused to boot (I disconnected power applied toothpick heard the click, held in  applied power, after 30 seconds still nothing removed toothpick heard click I still have only a white screen and a blue logo on the box fading in and out what am I missing? using WiFi (I tried cat cable direct from satellite (working on my computer ))with the same result slow flashing blue logo and white screen.

	Not sure at this time if it is the fault of the box,my iptv provider or something else .

	Hi, I searched the forum but can't find a thread with this exact problem.

	I have an XRS400 with V20211111 and 4.0.530 (latest) and while Live TV works fine, I'm finding that many VOD streams only play audio but no video (just a blank screen). I do not get a "media not recognized" error or any error complaining about a codec. I've tried both "default" and "secondary" player and both have the same issue. I've rebooted and reset the box multiple times.

	Does anyone know what may be causing this or have any other suggestions to try? Is there something that may help in auto frame rate settings? Is it a known issue that the current firmware doesn't support certain codecs?

	XRS4000 2 yrs old and still on version 211111. I'm having wifi connection problems. Box keeps dropping connection and having to restart, disconnect wifi, only for it to continue all over again. All devices in house do not drop and receive full speed. I do not have access to ethernet right now. This box isn't that old to have these issues.  Suggestions please and FAST!!!

	Looks like my ship has sunk. Somehow I have lost all of my strart up information. Now the machine on ly boots up to the main page and wont go any farther. Now instead of displaying my channels, it  goes to the Brazil channel list. I have tried rebooting, restartingnd even booted up in Safe Mode,.

	Any ideas? Please dont kick me too hard, I'm old and feeble.  I have checked my server info, and it all looks OK.
