April 2, 20233 yr My XR4000 got updates 5 beta installed and now VOD keeps freezing every 30 seconds. I factory resets and it automatically updated again to buzz 5 and still the same issue. I have MAG box also and that is working fine so server and internet is not an issue. Need suggestion to resolve or like to know if box is no longer good. Thanks in advance for help.
April 2, 20233 yr Author I tried external video player and still not working. What is the best buffering time? Option is 0 to 10 sec and it is ser at 3 sec.
April 2, 20233 yr I use backup for vod/tv series on one of the servers I use external worked but then you have to manually mark it as played

If also freezing on external The issue isn't with Buzz 5. It's either a slow WiFi connection to the box or a server related issue You can download and install the Analiti app from the app store. And run tests. If the DB rating is around -64Db. Then your box has a bad WiFi signal.
April 4, 20233 yr Author I tried and it is -40db. Is this bad? If it is bad, is it box issue or wifi service? I am using ethernet cable too and same issue.
