So you know this is a Buzz TV XR 4000 box that I have here it is running the latest version of the software being Firmware Version V20220105 Current IPTV Version 5.0.769 So I have noticed a few things first thing is when I go into the settings and into Network in there it says that the Ethernet is not connected but it is. So why isn't the box detecting that the Ethernet is plugged in because it is. This connection is wired and has an Ethernet cable plugged into which goes directly to my router Which is maybe 15 feet at most away using I believe a cat 6 cable. My XR4000 got updates 5 beta installed and now VOD keeps freezing every 30 seconds. I factory resets and it automatically updated again to buzz 5 and still the same issue. I have MAG box also and that is working fine so server and internet is not an issue. Need suggestion to resolve or like to know if box is no longer good. Thanks in advance for help.

Hi On my XRS4000 Buzz5 Beta keep crashing while keep changing channels (works fine when you change slowly)

I am still having issues with channel changing after box is in use 30 minutes and more I change a few channels then a channel freezes. Go to another channel works go back to original channel still frozen. Have to wait a minute or so and comes back on. It flashes stream not available. I have reset twice. cleared cache numerous times. changed video player. I have high end wifi that is within 10 feet of box. You can select several channels in a row and they all freeze . That's changing will full screen or channel screen and even using last button. Anyone else experiencing this issue on the xr4000?

Hi.. when I try and connect the XR4000 box, it says box not registered and shuts down. What should I do? Thanks

Je viens de recevoir ma xrs4000 et mon service iptv fonctionne mais…. Y a t il un écran de accueil? des apk, paramètres? Cheking for uptades vire en rond sans cesser. J ai mis la mise à jour sur USB mais elle ne se déploie pas car je n ai pas le menu des paramètres pour y accéder.
