XR4000 / XRS4000

My XRS BUZZ TV 4.0.494 keeps crashing while watch TV and VOD, it's going worst and worst day by day Tried both player but same issue also tried wifi instead ethernet , no change any help appreciated

Running my XR4000 hard wired to gigabit router with 150mbps service, every device I have is getting 130+Mbps service (wifi) and tested my laptop with ethernet, the same cable(s) for box and I get 140+Mbps, but the box is only showing me on speed test.net 50+/- Mbps is there something I'm missing? Is this normal?

I’ve been noticing an issue with multiple boxes where I’m unable to connect to my server. If I use Netflix or search on google the internet works. But the message I get from the wifi or if the ethernet is its connected but not connected. How to I resolve this issue. I’ve restarted both the box and my

We recently set-up our new Buzz Box and I have recorded several items which I would like to view. It doesn't change if I go to the Menu and select PVR or if I select PVR from the remote. I get the list of shows I taped but I cannot access them / get them to activate and play. Does anyone else have this problem? If you did were you able to fix it and if so how?

Since I bought the XR4000 about 15 months ago I had the first update about 3 weeks ago and it went well, recently I got notice of another r but this time it loads to 2 or 3% then flips back to zero then back to 1% and freezes there. I need it resolved because it keeps interrupting my viewing./Thank you

Hi have 2 XL3000 boxes and 1 XRS4000 box all connected to the same server and hard wired to my router. There are some channels that will not tune in on the XRS4000 but the load fine on the 3000. Is this something specific to my server or can something be done on the XRS4000 to correct this? I have tried using the secondary video player as well and this did not help.

I have a JBL E40 BT headphone...........works well with my Nvidia Shield .....The buzztv XR 4000 will see it but when it tries to pair it ...I always get "can not connect'" .....If I reboot ...the headphones show up as a paired device...but I think its a false positive ...have to unpair ....reboot and try again ........I have reset the box a few times ..........has anyone had problems with some bluetooth devices on these boxes ??

So what was the update that I got on December 23 2020. It is version V20201219 I got an update about 2 days go and it messed up my ability to sort my favorites. When you pressed the button to sort favorites it took you into the VOD screen instead. Now it appears that this patch today fixes that. I got a patch a couple of days ago which made my ability to sort my favorites and then the patch today seems to fix it but I don't see any patch notes for this new patch that came out today. I have been watching game of Thrones in TV series and it's been performing like a champ. I'm starting Season 5 and since the F/Wupgrade, I keep getting "BUZZ TV 4 isn't responding" and also "BUZZ TV 4 keeps stopping." Is anyone else seeing this?

Hi. On the xr4000 team viewer quick support is not working properly. Will this be fixed in the future ? You can see the screen on a pc when you are given the partner Id number but unable to do anything.

I was wondering if you will have a TeamViewer working. I can view from my pc but do not have remote access. I’ve tried every version on these boxes and I have had no success in finding a solution.

I'm having a few issues with my buzz tv box and hoping someone may have some answers. Please beware I am a rookie with this stuff! lol XRS4000, wired, my ISP package is 50mb. Some of my issues are recent and some have been around since new. Recently we now have to disconnect and reconnect when ever we leave live tv and start it back up again. provider says it is not on his end. The freezing issue has been a on going issue that drives me crazy! It only happens when using live tv, and very often. I have multiple XR4000 and none of the fully power off. When I long hold power button and choose POWER OFF it reboots. Wtf is going on? They have updates and are brand new. My 3000 shutdown.

THe show called the Queen's Gambit is incomplete. Episode 4 is a copy of episode 2. Episodes 5-7 are missing. Can this be corrected?

How can I stop the message "bluetooth keeps stopping" message from appearing when I restart/reboot this box? And I did the new update as well and they didn't make any difference I have in dealing with that issue as well For quite a while now

I have a bit of a problem. I have an XRS 4000. All of a sudden I can no longer save my settings in categories. I select the one I want (ALL) using the red button. Then I exit the screen. My setting changes to something else. How can I save my settings? Help and Thanks Fossil

Why do you have to use server id for service providers instead of mac address on the Buzz XR4000

I just bought this unit, and am finding that for a lot of the channels, the EPG will say one show is playing, but if I switch to that channel, something else is playing. This happens on multiple channels. What is very odd is that I have the exact same issue (although not as pronounced) on the EPG for my OTA box. The device is upto date (no updates available), and I see no way of setting where the guide is being downloaded from. This is very frustrating, and I am considering returning the device because of this issue along with other limitations I wasn't aware of when purchasing it - cannot watch one show while recording another, won't record if turned off, freezing (stor…
