Hello everyone, I've been having issues with the EPG on my BuzzTV XR4000 since the V20200607 firmware update. The EPG is completely blank, no listings are showing. It started a day or two after I applied the update, around June 7th. I have restarted the box many times but the problem persists. I would be grateful for any assistance with this problem :) Thanks

Has anyone had problems with channels not loading? A couple of times a day - the spinning wheel will show up and the channel won't load. Switching to other channels will load the new selected channels, but not always. Once they don't load, they stay off for hours at a time. Rebooting doesn't help. I am at a loss. -Fossil

I have an xrs4000 buzztv box. When I power it up I get buzztv logo and then it freezes. I have reset 5 times no difference. I would like to do a external update from use but I don't know where to get it.

Hi, The XR4000 PVR seems to be not working when the unit is off. It records while the unit is on and while I watch the channel. Howerve, whey I shedule a recording and keep it off it does not record the video. An entry is clreated in the PVR section with the program title and shedule details. However the file is showing as null. I am using the lates firmware. Thanks, Sorna

How do I get IP Vanish to work properly on my XRS4000. Stations don`t work when its on. When its disabled they work.

Hello All: My XRS4000 is not showing up in the file explorer to add to my home network. Yes, I have SMB enabled because I also have a Nvidia Shield as a device on my network already. The Buzz is hooked to a LAN and assigned to 192,168,1,_ _ (last characters left off intentional) I'd like to be able for it to be seem=n on the network. Plex cannot access from the network to Buzz. On the Buzz TV xrs4000 does anybody know how to change the language in the movie you're watching it comes up French so how do you put it on English I do not understand French and the manual does not tell you how to change the language in the VOD when you're watching a movie

Hi Guy's I'm looking for Netflix apk to install on a ARS4000, I got one from Netflix website for android but it did not work. I know the latest firmware has the update but can't get a link to it either and not sure if i should update the firmware until the next update seeing there's so many problems with the version. My server told me that the way the buzz xpl and xr always send request to the server, it eventually detect the request like an attack, they ask to provide the ip adress of my isp to unlock it in the server, probably put it in the white list or trust device, is this something buzz is aware of or that it will be correct in the next update Thx

When I access the adult channel and enter the password it unlocks the channel including all adult channels, how do I lock back all the channels? I unplugged the box and all the channels are still open after boot up. Any help would be appreciated..XR4000 with latest version update. Thanks
