I have an xrs4000 buzztv box.  When I power it up I get buzztv logo and then it freezes.

I have reset 5 times no difference.  I would like to do a external update from use but I don't know where to get it.

 have you checked to see if you're on the right server I would start there

there is no update from usb only ota

You have any issues getting to recovery screen doing the hard reset?
