May 2, 20206 yr Author Was working on the same device a couple of weeks ago. Then when I would enable it the live TV stations would quit working.

You try different cities/connections on your VPN. As even for myself, sometimes PIA has connections that don't even work on some websites I use on my laptop. I guess a flagged IP address or something. If I connect to a different city and try again, it's all good afterwards.
