I'm having problems with my Buzztv G-Series box. I bought it last week, and when I set it up with my service provider, I can only watch one channel. When I try to change channels, the box gets stuck loading the next channel. If I try to go back to the first channel I was watching, it tells me that the server has disconnected and won’t let me reconnect. The only thing I can do is delete that server and re-enter the required information. I contacted the service provider’s forum, and they verified my account—it appears to be in good standing. I have an older box (Bozztv SR4000), and it works fine without any issues; in fact, I use the same account information as the G Series and enter the SR4000’s MAC address, and it works just fine. I’ve already tried pairing the server using both the MAC address and the XC API. What I’ve noticed is that when pairing via the MAC address, it never shows how much time is left on my subscription, but when using the XC API, it does show it. When I can’t connect the box, a “404 Server Error” message appears. I’d appreciate any help.
