December 28, 20196 yr Hello, I'm new using this box I've figured out how to use the app store, however, I'm still having problems with getting working versions of Disney plus and Amazon prime. I've got the Amazon prime video installed, but I can't use the remote to navigate within the app. Any thoughts as to how I can get this app working?
January 1, 20206 yr It’s going to be the mobile version of the app not the tv version so you’ll need an air mouse or a mini wireless keyboard with track pad on it.
