January 29, 20206 yr My box all of a sudden does not boot up and freezes on the start up logo. I have tried unplugging for a while and no change. Any way to do a reset?
January 29, 20206 yr Yes it can be a little tricky to do sometimes In the av hole there is a reset. Its near the top and you should be able to feel it once you are aligned correctly

Any way to do a reset? are you using the original power supply that came with the unit? sometime if your box doesn't get enough power it could result in being stuck on the logo. nbs. is correct about the av hole and how it can be tricky at times.
