Hello, tell me why the 5.1 surround sound does not turn on. The set-top box is connected via optics to the edifier s760d, the sound track comes with 5.1 sound, but in fact it is a normal stereo. Why don't you tell me?

Anybody know why on my x5 when I play HDR videos it's not showing up on my TV as hdr? Only says uhd is on my TV. My og vid stick shows uhd & hdr when playing hdr content. I've tried changing the the hdr setting from always hdr to adaptive hdr and nothing changes.

I am trying to install the new update but it never goes past the " preparing for installation" message. Could someone tell me why please? I am very new to this.

I'm hoping for some assistance. Most of the channels it seems the audio gets off after a few minutes. Only way to fix is to refresh the channel. I'm using a sound bar connected via HDMI to my tv. X5 is also connected via HDMI to my tv. The second issue is I have installed two different screen saver apps and neither of them will work. Thanks for any ideas.

With my service I can have up to 5 active connections at once. I installed Tivimate to explore watching multiple games in smaller windows. On my X5, with WiFi or Ethernet, I can only load 2 channels at once. If I add a 3rd, both the 2d & 3d channels start blinking in and out, while only the original channel is stable. I’ve configured other various devices (running strictly WiFi) and can load 4 channels at once with no issues. I just saw there’s a new update but I haven’t loaded it yet.

I just received my x5 yesterday, it was working great and then I installed the newest update and now after the boot screen the front light turns from blue to red and I get no response from the remote. It’s stuck at the main Home Screen and the weather is current and the time changes so the unit is functioning. Not sure what to do, thank you.

I have an X5 and the remote controls the tv on/off etc but I can't find a mute button on the remote. I would like to know what the buzz tv button does on the remote mine doesn't seem to do anything when I press it could I program it to be a mute button since there's none on the remote

If you have the Analiti speed test available, what speed are you getting on the X5? Or at what speed is the box expected to run at for maximum performance?

HI I just bought the new X5 and i have 2 small problems. 1) I paired the remote with my tv but when i click the power button, it shutdown the tv and the x5 stay open (blue light) Is there a way to put it in sleep mode/shutdown ? 2) I was using a Rii mini i8 keyboard with my nvidia shield pro and it don't works very well with the X5 (The ESC button is not working to go back). What's the best keyboard to use with the X5 ? Thanks

been having this issue since May only option I get for format is as device storage if I select that it formats and says safely ejected if I put it in my laptop it reads as 2 drives and is screwed up of course but I can format it in my xrs4900 as removable storage and then am able to use it in my x5 any solution? besides what I did of course...lol

I am just starting to figure out my "X5" box. I will be using the "box" for IPTV only. Is there anyone out there willing to work with me to come up with a "how to use the X5? I do not see any "guide" on how to use most of the things the X5 can do. How about coming up with a "user" guide! I don't see any guide any where! My first question is, how do you pause LIVE TV? Pressing the pause button does not seem to be the proper starting point. Lets start there. Thanks in advance. Terry K

I have a new Buzztv X5 box. Hulu app not working, getting error code P-DEV320. Tried few different versions of the app(android tv versions) Please suggest a version of Hulu app that woks. Thank you

first time in 4 months of usage the volume got stuck at last level up/down volume (volume bar showed) didn't work so had to go to device preferences and restart one of the couple of dozen using 0624 firmware

hey Guys i’m having a problem recording with my buzz box v5 is there a step by step on how to record programs to it? i’m hit and miss,some of my questions are do you have to leave the box on? and on the channel you want to record? can you record to a usb or sd card? can you use sd card and/or usb to record channels and also use the same card or usb to timeshift? do i have to leave it on the iptv provider to record or can i watch one of the two i have and will it record on the the one i’m not watching at the moment? what’s the best place to store timeshift data? i know…lol alot of questions and i’m testing when i have time but it’s warm outside so the fam is deman…

I've just set up my brand new X5 and got to the select wifi network page, select my wifi network,type in the password and get can't find it. Done multiple times to no avail. Any suggestions?

Since the latest firmware update every time I power on my x5 starts in rebooting mode instead of staring on homescreen. How do I fix this?

I just got the box(X5 128AI) and powered it on. When I try to run youtube (no updates, stalk installed from factory) it shows the reboot screen (blue light is on) and comes back to buzztv home screen. I have updated the box with latest firmware (V20220714). As seen in similar youtube posts, I cleared storage and cache (it should not matter, as the box is brand new and just being powered). Any help?

Downloaded and installed new update, when it said to reboot, I did and now it is stuck on screen saying SARO

Trying to add stbmu server but need to change the server id Mac to successfully connect. is it possible to change the Mac Server ID?

I wanted to pair my game pad using the Bluetooth. I go to settings, then I choose remote and accessories. I click on add accessory, then what happens next is the setop box reboots. Got my X5 last 2 weeks and it's the first time I am trying to pair an accessory. Nb: Under Remote and accessories Buzz TV BT-400 shows or displays as connected. Thank you. VID_20220721_103912.mp4

Not bad really noticed the mute no longer works on the ATQ-100 remote

I am a new user to this device. So far, I love the device. I have one annoying problem. Every now and then when I disconnect and connect power the device constantly cycles thru boot. Home screen will appear for a fraction of time and will boot. LED will go blue to red and keep cyclces. I tried disconnecting and reconnecting power, sometime it helps. I am running the latest firmware dated 14th July.

I can't get it update. Just says pending, restarted it, changed wifi, nothing. Just wondered if anyone else had that problem.

hi I would like to know if I can share my pvr recordings on the x5 across my network so I can watch it from other devices? or can I ask the PVR to save to a network drive? thanks nicholas
