X5 AI / AX-C

Per my previous post regarding the inability to start the device via the remote. I am also not able to record with either of my services both of which have three connections available to me (it should be noted that I have have the XRS4900 and record with no issues) and the unit constantly drops wifi while all other devices remain stable which points me to the unit itself. Is anyone else having these issues and if so have you come to a resolution? Thank you in advance for any input

When I click on smart remote app to pair tv the top of screen is stuck on remote connecting and when I click on auto setup it says stb waits fortv code info and nothing happens then when I pair using method 2 it works my sound but unable to turn stb power off this works when unpaired right now using tv remote for sound and power and x5 remote for stb power and channels,even tried reset box and remote to factory couple times ?I've used nvidia and mecool and never had this issue

I read the instruction on linking the remote to my Vizio M55-C2. I used the Smart Remote app it made it seem it was running through different codes to find my TV. Nothing. I did it several times and waiting a long time. I also tried the procedure listed on the remote instruction pdf. Held down Enter key with back arrows and got the solid red light. Tried advancing through codes by pressing + Channel button every 3 seconds . Nothing. Help!

On my X5 I've locked a number of redundant live TV channels, and then set locked channels as hidden in categories, however they still appear in the guide. Any thoughts?

I received my Buzz 5X today and would like to install a mini sd card. What are the max GB it will handle?

Has anyone been experiencing any start up issues with the new X5? By that I mean when i try turn on the device it will not start. I have to unplug and then wait several seconds before plugging it back in. This just recently started happening I would say in the last two to three days. Once i unplug and then plug it back in it works just fine.

Any suggestions to clean this box. Can't get sdmaid to work, when I try to delete files using Xplore file manager it won't delete anything. Is it even necessary? Fast task killer works fine but it doesn't delete junk files. New at all this any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm new to this form. I'm thinking of buying an X5. I need to know which IPTV player is the best, Formuler (MYTVONLINE52) or the IPTV player in X5 . Thanks in advance.

Just received my X5 and am going over the the menu settings, and I can't find the back-up and restore!
