VidStick / VidStick + / VidStick MAX

Is there a site or a video somewhere that shows you how to best utilize the loading options on the Vidstick? There's a lot of options on the Vidstick that a "guide" would really come in handy. Any help would be appreciated.

Anyone else having issues whether using the IR Sensor or on Bluetooth mode when Scrolling it just keeps going sometimes on its own like it gets stuck and is not very responsive sometimes when Navigating.. no issues on the Xrs4500

My vidstick st 4000 remote is freezing up on any function I use apks menu area sometimes it stops but starts right back up after a few secs

Tried to load an m3u list and it's stuck on "loading channel list" this notice shows up on Buzztv, livetv, vod, and tv series which makes it impossible to get into those programs. I've re-booted and nothing I've tried can correct this, I'm trying to avoid a "hard reset". I have a lot of time getting everything loaded and I would prefer to not go through it again. Any help would be appreciated.

While trying to set up my vidstick, the remote seems to be frozen. When I plug the vidstick, it does the usual stuff (buzz tv, etc) starts but then the screen goes straight to the Smarters app (with cursor on the first line flashing) that I was trying to set up. Nothing I do (take batteries out, unplug vidstick) works! The remote does nothing.

how do you reset the vid stick 4000 from the stick itself

I just got a buzz 4000 stick and the first thing they ask for is a portal name and a portal url??? I've loaded a fire stick with 3rd party apps, but with this stick I'm not sure how to get started. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance. -

When purchasing a service they ask what type of equipment you are using and because the vid stick is so new it is not listed. They do however list buzz box. Would this be the same thing as far as they are concerned?

My vidstick epg is not working. Each channel says no information available, and no it is not the live tv provider because my other box, the buzztv xpl3000, has a full working epg. It was however working when I first plugged it in. I’m wondering if it might’ve been a firmware update that caused the issue. Is anyone else having this issue, and if yes, have you been able to fix it and how?

I f you are the kind of person that likes things neat and tidy or perhaps you have pets in the house or even young children that may be reaching your devices and messing things up, then this Stick may be for you 🙂 Plug the Stick directly into your HDMI connection at back of TV and then use the USB power cable (but do not use the Power adapter). Instead plug that USB cable into the TVs USB port. That will power up your ST4000 and then no need to have a cable running from back of TV to a plug on the wall somewhere.
