I had to do a reset of my st-4000 vidstick and its asking to pair and it will not pair n using the OK and vol down buttons. the screen says SEARCHING...and never pairs. the LED is flashing red and the IR is connected. just wont pair. is there any way around this bluetooth pairing?

Hello everyone I recently bought Buzz TV Vidstick ST4000. Setup went smooth till it prompted to update the firmware. After firmware update, I tried to add IPTV credential and the remote started lagging or freezing. I was unable to finished the setup and it forced restarted. Since then, its showing "Check Device Power" message continuously. I have tried the following steps but all in vain. 1) Changed the HDMI Ports. 2) Changed the power Cable and adapter 3) Reset my TV which is Samsung AU7000 series 4) Tried to reset the Stick Despite all of this stuff its still showing that message. My vidstick is freezing and out of sync. This happens on several channels. I am running the same provider on both my x5 and vidstick. The channel on my x5 is not pausing or freezing. Same VPN city/server on both devices. This is only happening on the vidstick. The vidstick also has the spinning wheel continuously on the picture at times. A restart seems to fix that. (also happens on x5) What is different about my vidstick to make it pause and get out of sync? EDIT... No external storage on either.

Hi, I am trying to connect a Bluetooth keyboard to my vidstick max. And everything is going fine until I get the screen you want to pair Bluetooth keyboard. When I click on that it is pairing and then I get the message can not pair. The remote works on other devices so that is working properly. Does any one know what is the problem? and what is the resolution??

My Vidstick Max just went dead (no signal) after watching a TV program. I tried to hard reset the device which worked for about 3 minutes before it went blank again. I reset it again and nothing comes up now. I checked all the connections and they seen to be ok. How do I correct this problem.

When go yo the Troypoint web =sit to download an app I am notified by Google that I am not permitted to reach that site. Is there a way around that. Troypoint has some good and safe apps.

1) I am not able to change the MAC address on my BuzzTV VidStick MAX. Is there a way around this to do so? I was able to change it in my older BuzzTV 3000 box. I feel like I just downgraded. 2) Also, I am not able to pair the bluetooth 200 remote to the VidStick or my TV. Do i have to use the IR extension wire?
