February 28, 20224 yr My Vidstick Max just went dead (no signal) after watching a TV program. I tried to hard reset the device which worked for about 3 minutes before it went blank again. I reset it again and nothing comes up now. I checked all the connections and they seen to be ok. How do I correct this problem.
February 28, 20224 yr disconnect power and leave it off for 2 minutes. then try again and see if it comes up. if nothing then try holding reset button until you see recover screen.
