VidStick / VidStick + / VidStick MAX

Has anyone else experienced an issue with flickering or juddering pictures from their Vidstick Max on certain 1080 channels? It doesn't happen on all of them, and I'm seeing it on two different devices on two different TVs, and across different services. I don't get the same on my XRS4000 I have in another room, which is what is making me think it's to do with the sticks rather than any service/HDMI port issues. Do you think it's possibly to do with compatibility with the codecs involved, and if it is could it be resolved in a firmware update?

So I’ve purchased 3 vidsticks and I started to set them up. The first one I noticed has new packaging so I’m assuming this is a 2nd gen of the vidstick. Anyway when trying to use the remote it is very unresponsive while trying to navigate and pretty much doing it’s own thing, it seems as if the stick is getting the remote commands late. So I thought maybe it was a bad remote or a bad vidstick, so I opened up another one and same thing was happening. Now before you ask YES THE IR WAS PLUGGED IN(not that it should matter much because the remotes are Bluetooth) but it seems like the signal is not strong enough in these new batches of sticks. Is there anyway to fix this??

I have approx 180 MPBS household wifi. My Vistick only shows approx 4-8 MPBS most times.. IS there anything I can do to maximize WiFI

My stick shuts down in 10 minutes , I have done hard reset , sometimes it wont allow you to do anything , not even a reset, It plays normal every so often then shuts down and freezes on BuzzTv lLOGO during load .

When recording do I have to leave on that channel or can I watch something while recording also does vidstick wake up automatically if in sleep mode if a recording has been scheduled thank you in advance

Anyone else having this issue with the vidstick ST4000. After the last update, the navigation bar will randomly pop up and will not go away. the only way to make it go away is to reboot . The navigation bar setting is set to OFF

BuzzTV Support, I have had my new BuzzTV VidStick Plus for one week, and have encountered two frustrating problems and one unexplained issue. I have used both the IR sensor cable and the Bluetooth connection methods for my BT-100 remote; but keep having to either unplug & then plug-in the power adapter or wiggle the microUSB connector to get the VidStick to start-up using the remote. This happens if I use the stand-by method or Power Off method to shut down the VidStick device. I ordered 4 vid sticks as presents. I planned on setting them up one at a time and giving them. to family. Thus far the 3 I have set up have frozen and frozen and needed rebooting too many times. I changed the first one out, and was sent a new one and its doing the freezing here and there also. I got until the 25th to send them back and I'm leaning that way. I also notice the sticks get very hot . The reseting over and over again has had a toll. I'm going to return all 4 and stick with the BOx's XR4500 etc.. Any suggestions

Good evening. I ordered 4 sticks. The first stick was replaced as it froze on the BIZZTV Logo. I was apprehensive about connecting the other 3, so I did one and it gets stuck every time at the OTA %6 downloaded spot. This has been going on for a week and it never gets past that point. It allows me to go back and watch and do things but a few minutes later it goes right back to the update screen. Please advise

When I use the stick my Samsung tv screen keeps flashing on and off. The tv stays on but the screen flashes only when I use the stick

I have the vidstick 4000 and the XR-4500 connected to the same tv. I have a 1gb etherent cable coming in and i use ethernet on the xr-4500 and get 1gb speeds (900mbps). IF i disconnect ethernet from the XR-4500 and connect it to the vidstick 4000 which has the Ugreen FBA_20256 usb 3.0 ethernet adapter and im getting 125 mbps download speeds, nowhere close to the 900mbps im getting from the XR-4500. Why the big difference in download speeds?

Looking to hardwire to my router the Vidstick ....What USB to Ethernet adapters are working for the buzz Vidstick...........Doing a search on amazon or ebay shows lots of these devices for android ,,,,but want to know if any or all will work with the Vidstick................thanks

On the buzztv app on the vidstick I have added a couple of playlists and the epg is behind or wrong have to adjust to correct it,it's not the playlist because on other apps the load fine..

just got a buzztv vidstick st4000 stick. how do i get it to work. all youtube videos very complicated and dont say much about setting up service. Can you get any TV on it without setting up a paid service account somewhere? Where can i get an account, what is the cost, and how to? Tom

Received my vidstick today and tried playing around with the color settings in the advanced menu. After changing the YCbCr settings, the videosignal is not recognized by the TV and I can't access it. Have tried reset via pin hole, but no luck. Any ideas?

Why would one choose either over the other? Is it memory ?

How do you scroll or select something without using the mouse feature on remote? For example when watching Netflix, I cant see the highlighted items I want to select. Its not like firestick, which highlights, the item you want to select.

Hi, i am having issues getting the buzz player to work :-( in live tv all the channels load but when i try and play i just get a spinning gold circle ? in vod everything loads but when i try and play it says "stream is not available please try again later" ? if i install smarters iptv or gse smart iptv on the buzz stick everything works fine in both of these apps i have re set my router, re set the buzz stick this makes no difference my provider say they are not blocking it i have also tried running vpn just in case it is my isp blocking but this also makes no difference is there anything else i can try ? cheers

I don't know if i'am spelling this right, but When using a specific app that I cannot mention on the site, I'm getting the black bars on both sides narrowing the picture. I'm assuming it's the aspec ratio with TV? I looked at buzztv settings changed at settings there but nothing, other apps look fine, so maybe I answered my own question? might just be the app? or do I need to make a change in settings on vidstick?

Remote doesn't work any longer with stick. Not a battery issue. It has somehow unpaired. Followed instructions on back of remote with no luck. Help!!
