VidStick / VidStick + / VidStick MAX

My video constantly freezes or goes black screen. The sound continues to play. Once it does this I reset and normally goes back to normal. Anyone else gone through this?

Is it possible to record to a NAS or a network share?

I have a Firestick 4K and a VidStick connected to same tv and same wifi. Firestick gets 87 down and VidStick gets 11 down!

After the initial update was able to finally be completed, the ST4000 initially booted up to the home screen showing all the icons. After turning the TV off and coming back to it the next day, the screen was totally black when I turned the TV on, set to the HDMI port the Vid Stick is connected to. I switched to a different HMDI port, and then back to the HDMI port the vidstick is connected to, with no response. The vid stick had never responded to either the BT-100 or ARQ-100 remote to wake up after powering off, and was not responsive Unplugging the vid sticks power, waiting 30 seconds, then plugging it back in, it started going through the initializat…

Is it possible to download the Troypoint "downloader app" on my Buzz stick? If so.......how is it done? Pierre

I tried entering the following m3u for testing purposes - xxxxx://xxxxxxxx/dl/us-xxxxXXXxxx-2020-07-09-2.m3u - it shows "connected" and it shows all of the available channels, but it won't play any when they're selected. It just keeps saying "connecting" with the circle spinning and spinning, indicating it's timing out. I selected Server Settings > M3U > Add M3U Plylist and entered a Portal Name, and entered the M3U Playlist URL, and saved. From the Home Page, I can select Live TV or EPG and channels appear, but they say "no information". When I select a channel, it appears to be trying to connect, but it can't, and the circle icon just keeps spinn…

Hello , I just received my Stick , was using formuler box before (had all tv ,movies,series fine) however with stick 4000 only getting live and movies but no tv series. Btw i'm using the same service on formuler and still loading tv series fine hope i can heard from the Team asap Regards

So I’m highly considering getting a vidstick. It’s much more powerful and expandable than a firestick. I’m hesitant however because I’ve seen videos of the UI and Launcher and I haven’t been impressed. Mostly because I don’t use IPTV and it is very IPTV-Centric. Is there a way to put official android tv os, or maybe the Leanback Launcher or Wolf launcher?

I haveing hard time pairing my vidstick remote control ..i'm on setup screen..stuck won't do nothing.....

For some reason having issues powering on or waking up vidstick. The ir extender is plugged in. The remote will turn off but cannot turn on vidstick for some reason. Any help is appreciated. curious if update had anything to do with it.

Hi, I recently received the Vidstick and I find that it is very hard to stream any 4K movies. Through Kodi, CinemaHD, Zion, etc...nothing in 4K streams without freezing while the audio plays or freezes all together. I have Real Debrid and the streams are good playing streams on wifi on my Nvidia Shield and 4K Firestick. 1080p movies play without any problem. Is there something I need to do?

My wi-fi has been working fine until today. I'm hooked up to 5GHz but nothing works. The same signal goes to my firestick and it works fine. I've disconnected my Vidstick and reconnected it without success. I've tried reloading the wi-fi on Vidstick and it says loaded successfully but where it shows my connection in the settings it say not connected to the internet. What happened overnight and how do I fix it. Any help would be appreciated.

I am trying to add a Service to server settings with no luck. After 90000ms I always get an error. “Cannot load portal: failed to connect to streams” I have tried to set the service up using “Server Line” and “Streaming Line” with the same results. I have attempted to register the device on the service using the Mac Address as well as the Server ID with no change in the outcome. If I install a random IPTV app and enter the same credentials the service work with no issues. I suspect I am missing something but I don’t know what.

My bt-4000 remote eats batteries. My usuage is light but batteries last less than a week. I don’t use back light. I use ir as I can’t get a bt connection.

Hello all! Is anyone experiencing buffering with the Streaming Line setup? I get constant buffering using it, but I get no buffering using the IPTV app that comes with my IPTV service.

I have an LG SK-1 sounbar. It's bluetooth but my tv connects to it through a Optical connection. I have a Firestick :( before I discovered buzz, but it's remote controls the volume on the soundbar not on the tv. The buzz remote shows a graphic on the screen and does not control the volume on the sounbar, so I need 2 remotes to do this. Any suggestions? Thanks

Just received my nw ST 4000...first night I programed, paired, downloaded a couple of apps....removed it so I could watch my fav's on my FireStick 4000...next day my remote will not naviage...I have the menu but can only power on with TV remote and then I have to go to menu and click HDMI 1 again and again each time I try to pair my BT100 (VIdStick remote)...Blue light solid so seems my programming is good...but remote doesn't function...watch you tube, googled and have gone extra miles trying to fix this myself. I have 2 yrs with a FireStick 4000 and was user friendly...HELP please!@
