VidStick / VidStick + / VidStick MAX

Anybody have any issues trying to access DLNA home servers? I'm trying to use the apps movian and vimu and neither will play anything, the files show up but when I click on music or video files it just locks up the app I'm on. My old firestick has no issues playing files neither does my pc, ps3,ps4. Any ideas?

When recording with pvr I get no sound/audio on playback? I've tried resetting the device back to its default state thinking it may be an incorrect setting but still nothing. It doesn't matter if I'm recording to the internal storage or using a USB flash drive or USB hdd. What else could it be?

Hi All, Had this buzz stick for a couple of months now and have to say I have a love / hate relationship with the Buzz 4 element of it. Major frustration for me is the EPG never loads up fully and as I scroll through EPG loading always appear against the channels out of view and takes 3 to 4 seconds to populate. I've selected fast loading EPG and this for me makes no difference. So my question is can this be fixed or is it just a flaw in this version? I just find it frustrating as EPG loads without issue on Tivimate, ImPlayer or MyTv Online 2, but with buzz TV it loads a bit at a time.

Hi I have a BuzzTV Vidstick+ (Plus) 4K Ultra HD Android 9 - 4GB RAM | 32GB Storage IPTV HDMI Stick. Serial Number: BUZZTVST4P0301BE9A I did a hard/factory reset and all went ok until i selected reboot on the android recovery screen. The stick briefly showed the buzztv logo screen then reverted back to the android recovery screen - tried to reboot a number of times with same result. Looks like the only option is to reboot from external storage with an img file and so can anybody tell me where i can download a copy of the firmware image from please

Good day. Unable to connect Ethernet. I connected a usb hub with Ethernet connection. Plugged cable plus usb stick and mouse usb. Recognized stick any mouse. Did not acknowledge cable. Tried using hub with Ethernet to power. Same result. Does The same. Read that must use Buzztv connector. If connected to Ethernet then how do I add/read a usb stick or add a usb mouse? Buzz needs to add usb hub to their connector or tell how Todo it. Support does not acknowledge enquiries. Thank you.

After setting Up My BuzzTV Vidstick Max with I believe the Default Bluetooth Remote Controller I was in settings and the Home Screen Froze. I then disconnected and reconnected the Vidstick and also took out and put back the Remote Controller batteries. I am now frozen on Live TV on the Home Screen. Any ideas out there about what I can do to unfreeze my Hoe Screen ? Thanks

How can I get my money back

I'm trying to set up my VidStick. I get to the screen when it asks me to connect to the WiFi. When I select my network to fill in the password, the keyboard pops up but then closes after I enter the first character. Any idea how to keep the keyboard up to finish inputting my password?

My ST4000 keeps popping up the message that an update is available. When I attempt to download it fails every time. What makes it worse is that it keeps popping up the message when I am watching movies or sports etc. Can you give some advise?

I just received the Buzztv Vidstick Max and I love it, but I am having trouble with mouse feature on the remote. Hard to turn on and off and when I ado have the arrow it will just creep across the screen and up and down its the same. I had the Mygica and that mouse was great. I don’t want to return my Vidstick. Experiencing sound lost after service freezes for a while similar to what happens and what's reported in the 4000 section. It doesn't happen on the 3000 neither 4900
